We found the location was perfect for the beach and town the owner was very pleasant and gave us useful information on the area ! The young girl serving breakfast was so pleasant and a great selection for breakfast def will go back again

Very steep hill made it difficult for Manon walking and me driving-needed Francisco to park my car on arrival.

Francisco and Amedeo were excellent hosts-very funny and helpful. The breakfast was excellent-some of the best selection of fruit for breakfast we’ve ever had. Beautiful location looking over the sea.

Everything was fabulous!

Amedeo was so helpful, he assisted us with a memorable restaurant booking on the beach and also with booking long term car parking in Ancona. We were able to park at the property and the breakfast was exceptional

I booked last minute and this exceeded my expectations. The host was super kind and helpful. Though the location is a bit tricky with car, it all went well. The view from the room and breakfast is amazing. Truly peaceful, you just open the door and watch the sea. Marvellous renovated bathroom with sea-view too.

We loved our stay at this lovely hotel. Amedeo and staff are wonderfully welcoming and the view from the rooms and terrace amazing. The beach is a short walk away and beautiful. If your not up for the walk, the pool is great too. Sirolo is a beautiful little town, we would love to come back.

the beach is a very long walk down an unimproved rocky path. very steep coming up - took us 25 minutes.

Beautiful setting, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast with most wonderful view. Ideally located next to restaurants and bar. Everyone was very hospitable and friendly. A real find!

I think the rooms would be more cozy if there were rugs on the floor next to the beds and decorations on the walls.

The guesthouse is located on a slope with a beautiful view. Great, caring owner, he told us what to see in the area. Also the ladies who helped with the guests service. Very good breakfast served on the terrace with the sea view.
