The street and town are a bit run down, but the little town comes to life in the evenings and there are local beaches and area towns within a short drive.

Seaside Home is a beautiful, brand new boutique B&B. The building, decor, rooms, pool, and more are clean, modern, and comfortable. The owner and manager are friendly and accommodating. There is a pretty rooftop terrace with panoramic views. The property is walkable to several good (affordable) restaurants and beach shops and an hour drive to Cala Ganone where you can catch a boat to Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine, Cala Luna, and more.

Everything was great

Beautiful newly built rooms. Comfortable beds bathrooms. Spotless clean. Each room has a balcony to sit outside. Swimming pool for after the beach. Great walking location to shops and restaurants. 7 minute drive to beaches. It’s a great location to spend a few days and explore the area. Nice breakfast. Great hosts and staff.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments in Sardinia! 🥰The place is spacious, freshly renovated, very clean, and incredibly quiet. The beds are super comfortable and soft – we slept so well! The air conditioning works perfectly and is very quiet, which was a big plus.🙏🏻 A special thank you to Stefania, who was truly helpful and answered all of our questions with care and kindness. 💕💕The location is great – just a 20-minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches. Cleaner unlocked and entered our room without knocking 10 minutes before checkout whilst we were still inside.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Really clean and nicely decorated room with a balcony. There weren't many others guests there so we had the pool to ourselves for two days. Beautiful buffet breakfast, Good location in Posada.

We loved you stay in Posada especially because of SeaSide Home. We felt really comfortable, everything was perfectly cleaned (I am a clean freak and a perfectionist, so it is hardly ever that I am okay with a cleanliness of a accomodation). The room was cosy, nice and balcony was great (there were two). Bed was comfortable, and there were multiple choices of lightning. I was in awe of the breakfast! I am lactose intolerant and there were choices even for me! The lady taking care of breakfast service was a sweetheart and from day one she remembered my order of "cappuccino senza latosio" :D The coffee was a great start of the day, it is not always that you get a good coffee and not the one of poor quality from a machine. It was one of the best places we ever stayed in! And we travel 4-5 times a year and are perfectionists. BIG RECOMMENDATIONS!

I didn't mind, since I had my own option, but car is needed to get around. It is not a negative, but a heads-up.

A few minor details could have been enhanced such as the water temperature in the shower that we struggled to adjust but overall nothing major.

The two people taking care of the different rooms are the sweetest people. They are so kind and they never hesitate to share some really nice tips and give some great recommendations.
