i would not have improved anything about this hotel, just perfect!

We had a wonderful time at Sei Sequoie and would definitely recommend or stay there again, if i was ever again in the area. the hotel has been recently (2025) refurbished with an incredible attention to detail. as a designer, i can appreciate the effort that has gone into making this hotel as perfect as it is, and they have achieved it, in bundles. it is definitely one of the nicest boutique hotels i have stayed at, and the restaurant is also very impressive with the best steak in the region - 10/10

This property is excellent . Car parking. Short drive into the centre. Tranquil surroundings. Great pool. Lovely accommodation and breakfast. Exceptional host. The attached ( independent ) restaurant was also excellent.

Difficult to book restaurant as their opening times vary and the room owners and restaurant owners are different and don't communicate so I was told three different opening nights. Food was ok but not the standard we were expecting for a restaurant with rooms. Hardly any non.meat items on the menu. Check-in was by phone - no one to greet you. Breakfast was minimal. Owner at breakfast barely glanced at us and no-one checked us out. Room was small and the bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't work which meant it was difficult to sleep with it being 27 at night.

Good location for Ravenna. Great pool. Clean. Restaurant on site. Live music one night which was excellent and all diners were dancing.

We loved the relaxing homey atmosphere. The facility is new, tastefully done, spacey enough, surrounded by greenery. Hosts were so kind and graceful, they make you feel so welcome. Special bonus is that the pool is open 24/7 and kids utilized this policy generously. Large parking lot available, no fee necessary. Mirabilandia adrenaline and aqua park only 15 minutes drive. For coffee lovers - coffee made by host in the morning, during breakfast, is a top notch Italian coffee! In general, we felt better here than in many 5* resorts.

The location is next to a very large road and as such you could hear the road noise from our room which faced the road. There were other rooms that faced the pool that likely would have been quieter. Their beautiful pool was basically not usable this time of year (late September) as it was not heated and was simply too cold, even during the heat of the afternoon which was in the mid to upper 70s. This was the case at every hotel B&B we stayed at during our trip, so expect this everywhere. The worst part were the horseflies that were around the pool as this entire location is surrounded by agriculture fields. Those bites were terrible and lasted for days. Nothing the property people could do about those, but that is the main reason we would not come back to this location.

Nice little B&B ran by an adult daughter and mother. The breakfasts were amazing and the staff were truly very nice and helpful. We arrived in late September to cool nights and warm days in the upper 70s. The building was modern and nice and the rooms were comfortable with everything we needed and plenty of room.

-Breakfast only till 10 (if you are on vacation and you want to sleep a little, you gonna miss it) -checkout time is early -loud road nearby was probably the biggest problem as we couldn't sleep with open window but AC -room cleaning only until 10:30 which is quite ridiculous considering we are on vacation and we would have to rush out to have the room cleaned... So in the end we didn't have it cleaned once.

-comfy and clean room -comfy bed -modern structure -very nice relaxing outdoor area -super close to Ravenna -big and clean bathroom -nice choice of fresh pastries and fruits for breakfast, among other things -nice and quiet swimming pool -nice restaurant downstairs
