Incredibly comfortable, large room in the beautiful, peaceful town of San Casciano dei Bagni. The staff could not have been nicer; generous breakfast included, either brought to your room or to the shady terrace. We can’t wait to come back!

We love this place. The terrace is amazing. My family and I feel like home. Breakfast is completed and delicious 🤤 the hot springs and the green surrounding make the place a target for relax.

Nothing specific. We had some stairs (2 ramps) but very easy to access.

Location was perfect, our room very cosy and nicely decorated and quiet.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Just a suggestion: If you add a tea-towel and a sponge in the kitchen it will help guests keep the kitchen clean and tidy, should they need to wash any cutlery and plates they have used ;)

Superbly positioned, great parking, easy and friendly check-in and check-out procedure, friendly and professional staff, clean, warm and comfortable living quarters, pleasant toiletries, great hairdryer , comfy bed, superb in-room breakfast, fridge, kettle to make own tea or coffee (teabags and coffee sachets provided free), basic cutlery and plates in case of need to eat-in room, beverages in fridge available for purchase, voucher on request for discount at the nearby Spa, discount for guests at local restaurant.

Location and views. Typical Tuscany setting. Close to the little village where and walking distance from the restaurants. Even a little market the next morning in the parking lot next door to the hotel. Breakfast was good.

We had a front apartment so no terrace, but it wasn't noisy at all

Great location close to a large parking, the town and the thermal baths. A comfortable and spacious apartment with a very good breakfast.

There was no coffee machine, or soap to wash dishes. Only had wine glasses- needs drinking glasses for water, beer,etc. But this is a small thing, because otherwise the suite is equipped.

Location was great. Close to a wonderful little bar- Bar Centrale, and restaurant-Danila. Simona (our host) suggested the restaurant and made the reservation for us. She was a delight to deal with. And she gave us a discount card to go to the thermal baths at the 5 star resort Fonte Verde nearby- Exceptional! Loved the little terrace outside the room.

It was quiet and comfortable. All very clean. A stroll from the beautiful town. Close to a fabulous day spa. The staff were lovely and breakfast in our room was delicious!

The staff were really welcoming. The room was much bigger than usual, with a kitchenette, a fridge and basic equipment. There was a very comfortable sofa plus a good table for work. The room decor was amazing, blues and greys and lots of lights.

A few spots of mould on the bathroom ceiling - the air extractor may need servicing or replacing with a more powerful one to resolve the issue. I'd also suggest replacing the toilet seat.

Loved the independent access to the suite, the size and layout of the suite, the breakfast delivered to my door, the friendliness of the staff, the proximity to free parking and the Fonteverde spa & resort, the proximity to a restaurant/bar/winebar (just across the road).

A little more breakfast variety from day to day

This is a beautiful suite hotel in a very small town in Tuscany. Our suite was on the first floor facing the street-no problem there -the street is very quiet at night. The suite was beautifully appointed and spacious. Bed was comfy and the kitchen supplies were great. In the morning you can order whatever coffee you want and a generous breakfast tray is brought to your room or to the upstairs outside terrace-whatever you want. Free parking next door. The town is tiny but the views are beautiful. The family owns a Michelen star restaurant in town which I highly recommend. All of the towns we visited were about 45 minutes away. We would pick two towns a day to visit. For the price this hotel was definitely worth it!

Located in a quiet countryside village with a small number of local shops and restaurants, including Restaurant Daniela which was a delight to eat at. Room had a cottage feel to it and was surrounded by trees and plants. Bathroom was new and clean. There was a tasty assortment of food for breakfast and a little courtyard to eat in. Parking was also a breeze.
