Everything was according to my expectations.. Reasonable prices in the restaurant. Breakfast excellent especially included in total price of staying. Very close to Gardaland and other attractions.. will be coming back 👍

Wifi in our room didn’t work at all but in the room across the hall it worked fine. Maybe I missed having a balcony but this things don’t affect the rate, it’s still perfect and we will gladly come back.

Beautiful little place with kind people, great breakfast- unbelivable tasty eggs (wow)! The location great, a lot of fun activities to do - Gardaland, Movieland, waterparks within 10 minute drive.

The mattresses should keep more comfortable the body. We felt like sinking into it. Also, pillows shouls be more fluffy.

Very positive was that it had its own parking area, where you could leave your car.

We got a room on the first floor, above the kitchen of the restaurant. We opened the window to get some air (it was very hot approx. 27°C), but all the smells from the kitchen went up in the room. The floor in the room was partially warm like it had floor heating and we did not know how to turn on the AC on the first day (the reception was already closed when we figured all taht out). Also the noise from the restaurant did not stop until 11:30 PM and started again in the morning around 7 so we did not get much sleep that first night. It was all much better the next day when we turned on the AC, but we had to keep our windows closed all the time.

Breakfast was very tasty. The bathroom was big because we got the room that was ment for the people with disabilities (handle bars on the walls by the toilet and in the shower). They offer a private parking free of charge.

AC was not really working properly. But that is just matter of check and fix. I understand that. In the secpnd room was working perfectly.

Nice and cozy place. Pizza restorant in the building. Parking area is under gate access which is bonus to us as well. Communication great in multi language. Well to be short. Excellent place and we are very happy that we found this place also for future visits to gardaland.

We stayed in the "vanity" room, which had a cozy little balcony, a TV in the mirror (!!) and an incredibly wonderful massage bath. Bought some snacks and some wine and spent our evening watching the sunset over lake Garda and the mountains. Romantic, comfortable, calm and peaceful. Loved it!

It is a wonderful location very near Lake Garda, Santuario de la Madonna della Corona and all the amusement parks. The host is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and also dinner at the neighboring pizzeria. The room has enough space, with a balcony and a private bathroom. Although we spent only 1 night there for our trip, I would recommend the place even for longer stays due to its location, facilities and environment.
