The only reason we did not give our stay 10/10 was because of the beds - they were ok but not what we prefer.

Marina and Claudio were fantastic hosts. They personally greeted us on arrival, provided us with a map and recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. We stayed in the New York room, which was very spacious and clean. The room was very quiet at night. Blackout curtains were great! We ate breakfast every morning on their patio. Although the patio is sandwiched between other houses, they’ve tried to make it nice by placing plants around the perimeter. Breakfast was lovely. We were able to choose what we wanted from a menu provided to us each day. The hosts are very responsive through WhatsApp when we had questions/requests.

We have nothing negative, everything was great🌞

We were very happy to meet Claudio and Marina. Hospitable and caring hosts. We stayed in a comic book room, the bed is large, comfortable, the room is spacious and very clean. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, we chose breakfast ourselves, and punctually at the marked time, breakfast was on the table, we had breakfast on the terrace. Claudio sent us addresses, events via WhatsApp, he was always in touch, which is very convenient, we always knew what was happening in the city today, what the weather was like, prices and so on, we find it more than convenient. We have never met such a service💯❣️ There is a large parking lot in the yard, there is enough space for all guests. We stayed at Sirmione for 4 days, we will definitely return again. We definitely recommend staying with Claudio and Marina. 💓🌞

Nothing was disappointing.

All accomodations are very clean & very comfortable. Claudio & Marina are very lovely & helpful people. Breakfast is awesome & being brought to the room like room service. On the other side of the road, there is pizzeria 'Basilico' and they have the best pizza in the world :-)

The AC wasn't strong enough for the hot weather. The mattress even though it was beautiful was too rigid. For people with back pains it's a little problem to get a good night's sleep and wake up fresh.

The hosts are absolutely amazing people. They shared the knowledge about everything regarding lake Garda with us and we used those recommendations. The comic room is an art piece and it's stunning.

Not much, was slightly far from the main strip but not a huge issue due to buses available.

Hosts were excellent, gave us great recommendations of what to do and were extremely welcoming. They also made us excellent breakfast every morning (even when we were leaving early)!

It's a fair distance from the old town, but it didn't bother us at all as it's still close to the lake and there is a frequent shuttle bus!

We had an amazing stay. The hosts went above and beyond in helping us navigate the lake and find the best spots. Every question was promptly answered with great detail.

The beautiful room we stayed at is only a part of this great Sirmione experience, as the owners really made an effort to make sure we are well informed about all the things to see and visit. The hosts (Marina & Claudio :-D), room and Sirmione all deserve an easy 10 and whoever goes there will have a great time, no doubt about it. We're already looking forward visiting it sometime in the future.

location is good, quiet in the good neighborhood. The wheelchair accessible room is outstanding. Ideal for those who need to take a vacation on the wheelchair.

Amazing hosts, so many great hints and tips for our stay. They made us feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and you get your own outside space as well. Just a short walk to loads of great places and easy for public transport connections

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. If it’s a hot day it can be very warm as no air conditioning. However there is underfloor cooling just doesn’t do much for overall heat in the room.

Lovely clean spacious room, Tasty breakfast each day, Safe secure parking Plus a wonderful couple, it was a pleasure staying with you both.
