As others already commented the entrance is a bit unusual but shouldn’t be a surprise when booking and it’s an authentic flat. Location is perfect, 10 min walk to Ortigia, 15-20 min to all the archeological sights of Siracusa, train and bus station around the corner, loads of great food places in direct vicinity. Room as described and clean. Self check in and contact with the host via WhatsApp, clear instructions on the check in, recommendations + always available when needed. Very pleasant stay

Everything! Location, super classy interior, very kind and helpful host. Many available parking spots in the area- we got to find one just in front of the entrance door. Much better to stay here than in Ortigia- which is only a pleasant walking distance away. I loved just everything about this place! 😍

Steep climb to get to B&B. Three very long flights of steps.

Very close to Ortigia within quick walking distance, and parking was fairly easy. Inside of the B&B, the space was charming and comfortable. Host was very helpful with suggestions of where to go and where to eat.

There’s really nothing we didn’t like

Loved the decor of our accommodation, you instantly felt like you were traveling in some time in the past. Exceptionally cosy bed, everything was clean, check-in and check-out was easy. Parking spots found on the street was a big plus. And being just a short walk from Ortigia was also great. Especially loved the dining area.

The room was spacious and and we especially liked the infusion of local arts and culture with a unique twist being decorated in that style. This contributed to a very memorable and sirvusl stay here. The host was very accommodating and organised with very clear information, as well helpful on pointing out local attractions. Thankyou for such a wonderful stay.

Beautifully designed rooms in an excellent location, within 15 minutes walking you're in Ortigia but it's also doable to walk the other way to the Greek Theatre instead. A simple but absolutely lovely and delicious breakfast, especially the granita was a highlight for both of us. Our room also had the most pleasant AC we've experienced in Sicily as we could keep it on at night against the heat without being bothered by the sound or feeling of cold winds. When we come back to Siracusa, we definitely plan to stay here again!

Like finding a diamond. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic hosts Morana and Martina. Large comfortable, quiet room. Very convenient to the railway station and all the sights. We were lucky to choose it.

Location was very good - about 1 km from Siracusa old town. Bed was comfy with proper blanket. Blanket was good surprise for us because usually there is only sheets in Italy. Room was modern, parking was available almost next to the house.

Unfortunately the internet didn't reached out until our room. Otherwise in the common area it was working well. Many stairs to climb up. So it might be exhausting for some individuals.

The design of the place is unique. Martina welcomed us very warmly and was always available for any question via phone. For us the location was perfect because we came with the car and we could park the directly under the house (for free). Walking distance to Ortigia is about 10min.

This is what it says on booking.com- "Guest Highlights: Guests appreciate the delicious breakfast provided by the property, the convenient location, and the comfortable rooms" except there is NO breakfast. The host told me I should be more careful in reading the booking details. If you look on google maps & reviews- it says B&B all over and reviews mention breakfast. There are lots of really lovely cafes close by. Free Wifi- BUT it doesn't work in your room, you have to sit in the communal area- which would have been the previous breakfast room. "Each room has tea & coffee maker"- No it doesn't. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen- but no coffee or tea or anything which would allow you to use it. In services it lists a minibar- this was a small fridge with 2x500mls of water. The fridge is cool- as it goes off everytime you leave the property as there is a key which turns the electric on/off. I assume this is the reason you come home to a cool shower after a day of exploring. Services also say- daily housekeeping- we didnt experience this and left a 3 day bin overflowing by the time we left. This was only plastic bottles as we took our own perishable/smelly rubbish outside.

The room is nice and big. Good air-conditioning. Good location ( but on 2nd floor of darkly lit communal building with no lift) managed to park in street outside. If the description were more accurate I would score it higher. Booking.com and the current manager need to communicate with each other to ensure accuracy of information.

A bit weird access to the flat for the first time, but nothing major. Booking.com did not inform of tourist tax needed to be paid besides the money of the reservation. By law host charge 2.5 euros per person daily. Means, it was a tenner for us, nothing major, but these details are nice to know.

Good location at walking distance from Ortigia and amenities. Private room with bathroom. There is not host contact besides phone, but they are helpful. Basically the world is your oyster.

- especially the bathroom was not clean (yellow corners and lime) - the shower was not tight and water was running into the bathroom - too little water pressure in the shower - the sliding door to the bathroom does not really provide privacy and jammed when sliding open. - no curtains or blinds, there was a sleeping mask for those sensitive to light - the wi-fi did not reach the room and was only receivable in the entrance - Price list for various drinks in the rooms, but they were not available, the refrigerator, which was not the quietest, had only two bottles of water - sound insulation to the hallway and bathroom is not the best, to the courtyard it was ok, loud talking neighbors could still be heard

- Friendly first contact via Whatsapp with info for arrival and food options - nice welcome at the B&B - nicely furnished rooms - good location - good italian breakfast

It can be a bit noisy depending on the other guests.

The B&B is near the station and within a short, nice walk to Ortigia. It’s clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The owner was very nice and helpful. Would recommend!
