Overall, the place was nice, but some maintenance could be improved, such as replacing a few ceiling lights that were not working. Other than that, the experience was positive.

The location is excellent, just a few steps from Spagna metro and close to the main attractions, which made our stay very convenient.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Silver Spanish Steps. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, bus stops, luxury shops, and incredible restaurants. Our host was fantastic. Unfortunately, we lost a purse on the train that contained all our credit cards, personal items, and the apartment key. The host was incredibly prompt, kind, and gracious, allowing us to use the emergency key so we could get back into the apartment and make our flight the next day. We truly appreciated the support and would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome!

We also found the other attractions (Colosseum, Pantheon, Vatican) to be fairly walkable from there. For being so central, the apartment is quiet and didn’t really hear any street noise.

House was very clean and comfortable even with a washer/dryer. Instructions for operating appliances, AC, etc. were provided and local recommendations of where to eat as well.

Plenty of shops and restaurants close by as well as access to public transit to more sites. The Host was super responsive and helpful with everything we needed to know prior to check and even provided recommendations for transit and places to eat. Will definitely come back!

The apartment was exactly as described and we felt at home. Able to leave our luggage the last day after check out. The host was always available and checked on us to find out everything was well. Spacious living room, it can’t be faulted, the property has everything you may need during your stay. Location is great, you can walk in the night with your little ones without a problem. I would recommend and I would come back.

Areas for Improvement: - The bathroom could benefit from a minor refresh to enhance overall aesthetics and functionality. - Some of the artwork or decor in the rooms, particularly certain paintings not suitable for children (such as depictions of nudity), might be reconsidered for a more family-friendly environment. Despite these minor considerations, I had a pleasant stay at Silver Spanish's steps and would gladly return in the future. The comfort of the rooms and the convenience of the location made it a worthwhile choice for my visit.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary facilities, making for a comfortable stay. The location was conveniently close to attractions and restaurants, allowing easy access to local activities and dining options. Special Mention: Upon our arrival, we found that we arrived earlier than I specified we will have the check-in time. Despite this, Chris was exceptionally polite and apologised for any inconvenience, even though the early arrival was not a fault on their part. His friendly understanding attitude made a positive impression and set a welcoming tone for our stay.

The host Chris, sent all necessary information beforehand (WiFi, access, sights and tours), and was responsive throughout your stay. We traveled as family of 4 (kids 13 and 15) and the space was great. Renovated apartment in old building in perfect location, walkable to sights and restaurants and a small grocery store. Coffee maker with Illy pods and small dishwasher were unexpected perks. Travel size soap bars and shampoo available. Shopping wasn’t our priority but high end designer stores as well as Swedish clothing store and the like close by.

A lift would have been an added plus point but as the property was on the first floor and steps are not very high so was great specially when you have a lot of bags . Just had difficulty initially in figuring out the lock system as I had never seen such locks before but we figured it out later . The rooms would get quite hot in the middle of the night inspite of us putting the air con on low but not sure if it was us not doing something right.

The location was lovely .. just about 3-5 mins walk to the Spanish steps and Spagna Metro station . The house was very spacious, clean and the kitchen was user friendly . Had everything you would need . We had a lovely time and great 4 days . Would surly visit again . Chris was a great host and was helpful and his instructions to reach the property was very helpful.

The location is FANTASTIC. I really liked this apartment, it’s really big and easy to walk everywhere! The surroundings are amazing, as there are a lot of restaurants nearby and a supermarket in case you are interested in cooking home. Chris was a really proactive and responsive host, he was very clear with the check in instructions + he made recommendations for us. FANTASTIC place, definitely don’t miss out the opportunity to stay here!
