First umpression-the hotel had a classy vibe All the staff were very welcoming particularly the girl on the reception on arrivaland helpful and we had a feeling of being iwelco.ex in like a family a member. The room was sweet with a nice balcony .the hotel was was closed to the centre . TheSe are parking was important as we always have a top box and a full car. Thank you and we will see you again

It is quite a long walk from the entry gate through the town, up the hill and then down the hill to get to the hotel. Our tour guide said it was a 10 minute walk, ...it took us almost half an hour the first day, carrying some of our luggage. After the first day we then had to hire a taxi to take us back and forth at $35 euros each way. The hotel really should have a shuttle for that long a distance to get from the main entrance through the town to the hotel.

Nice assortment of breakfast options. Delicious dinner menu. The front desk staff was very helpful. Our laundry was returned to us on the afternoon of the same day they picked it up that morning.

The pillows were not comfortable at all. Beds very good, but pillow very hard, and no other options available in the room.

Lovely hotel with nice ambiance. Exceptional location on the edge of the old city. Everything is walkable. Breakfast was excellent and staff were all very friendly.

Super friendly and accommodating staff - allowing us an early check in. Very large clean room with little balcony and large bathroom (with bath, always a bonus)! Breakfast was plentiful with delicious scram eggs and sautéed vegetables, homemade pastries, granola, fruit etc, I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Located at a noisy turnabout, but with windows closed perfect.

I have no idea! The whole experience was so enjoyable and relaxing after quite a long drive.

First reaction was 'Great - parking immediately in front of the hotel!' Then, the experience was systematically enhanced by the staff friendliness and helpfulness, the room and facilities, the city of Fano and the restaurant chosen for us by the hotel. Breakfast and coffee were delicious. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location near the city - the beach area is too crazy for me - it has old world charm and fine breakfast and nice staff
