Maybe a bit of a pool update

Really loved our stay in hotel Sirius. We especially enjoyed the pool area - lovely and quiet, easy to get space, great poolside snack bar and amazing views. Pool was also lovely and deep for kids jumping in etc. We spent every day there and then enjoyed strolling into Taormina in the evenings for a bite to eat.

Style is a little dated but was lovely and clean, beds were super comfy and the views are sublime. We also really enjoyed the balcony.

I'm inlove with this hotel! I think hotel rooms in normal not best, but pool and view is everything why everyone should stay at this hotel. I think this hotel has one of the best views in Taormina. It is next to the cable cars so u can go to Mazzaro or Isola bella very easy. It's in the city center, every shop, restaurant are nearby. I'm inlove with hotel's staff too. They all were very cute and kind, especially boy who works at swimming pool bar. He was always very kind and made us veryyy delicious coffee and cocktails. Pizza was very yummy too. If u want to have perfect, peaceful holidays u should stay here.

Breakfast was okay, but i think it can be better. Not big choice of meat and vegetables.

Well located, amazing views, really good breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff, great pool, clean and comfortable room with a lovely balcony and what seemed like newly renovated bathrooms. It was a great place to relax away from the crowds in Taormina, but we were still close so could not easily walk to the centre. We had a lovely time, definitely recommend!

Some issues with the wifi but didn’t really bother us

we had a beautiful view of the sea and watched the sunrise one morning. Super friendly staff who were so welcoming. Perfect position for the town centre and the cable car, bus depot to Naxos etc. And we booked parking in advance so could leave our car on site. Was just what we needed. The pool was also a huge plus as the journey down to the sea is quite a schlep. The pool had loads of space. Loved it.

It was clean, pretty view from pool area, staff was nice, location was good.

The pool closed at 7. We were rushed after sight seeing. I felt that was an early closing- it should be at least 9pm.

Pool, amazing views, great cocktails and pizza although surrounding sun terrace area very narrow and sunloungers close together and not very private. View from dinner terrace was beautiful and the food delicious.

Breakfast was very continental, perhaps some made to order egg options would be nice

A bit on the expensive side but Taormina is expensive.

Location -midway between isola Bella and town centre

We had a great stay at the hotel, staff were very pleasant. The pool was very quiet and always easy to get a sun bed. The pool guy was very friendly and lovely to deal with. The room 135 had a great shower and bathroom and spacious balcony.

Breakfast was disappointing, not much hot food and there was only a selection other 2 hot things. We only went 3 days out of 10 for this reason. Although the pool was quiet and always easy to get beds, the amenities felt tired. The sun visors on the sunbeds kept falling on us and during windy days the parasols could not go up and we were sunburnt because of this.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff are wonderful, the pool was delightful and the rooms were beautiful. The views from the hotel were also exceptional. Would definitely come back and recommend to others

Close to main part of town but not in it, the staff all excellent

The location was amazing. The views from all the many terraces were gorgeous, and it was easy to walk into town. The pool was great too.
