The quality of the room was insane! The host did all the best and I think even more! Great location for walk to the city center and everywhere. The bathroom was stunning!

Nothing major, but the bathroom area lacks a door, might not be ideal for some. Water tends to spill outside the shower. The tiles are quite slippery, I didn’t have any accidents, but it could be safer with some precaution. It takes a bit of time to adjust the hot water to the right temperature.

The location was excellent and Italia metro station is just around the corner, and there are cafés nearby for breakfast. Supermarkets for essentials are also within a very short walking distance. Internet connection was easy to access, and the speed was very good (though a QR code for login might be more convenient). I appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of items like shampoo, a basic comb, toothbrush, and cotton pads, helpful if you forget something. The room had both a coffee machine and a kettle, with coffee pods and tea bags provided. It’s part of a recently renovated apartment, and the room was clean and comfortable. Although the room is on the first floor and I didn’t really need it, having an elevator is a nice bonus.

The room was very new and modern, better than I expected for the price. Host was very helpful in meeting up to collect keys etc. and gave me some useful local recommendations. Would recommend.

There is no hotel on the map, you need to manually enter the address, I first went to another hotel with a similar name. The water in the shower does not go well, so the floor was wet. It would be good to leave a suitcase early in the morning in the lobby, even for a couple of euros, put a closet for the residents' luggage.

Clean room, freshly renovated, pleasant staff, convenient location, the room has a kettle, water, coffee machine, capsule and tea, near the metro and bus stop, 20-30 minutes walk to the sea. There's a great cafe downstairs. There is no door to the bathroom and toilet, be prepared for this.

We enjoyed it a lot. The only thing that could add a bit more, would be a little micro-oven in the room!

The room was located in a typical residential building, in a very vivid and easy to access neighborhood of the city. It was clean, with a big and comfy bed, equiped with the basics (coffee machine, kettle, fridge, AC, tv). Our host was there to accomodate us and provide all the infos we need. Bonus: Don't miss the cafe just next to the entrance of the apartment block. Really nice coffee and plenty of snacks and desserts!

A special accommodation, newly renovated in a perfect location. The design of the bathroom is particularly great. Everything is lined with high-quality marble. Ingenious.

We had an unpleasant experience before arrival with the accommodation. I made a reservation through booking.com, I selected and paid the room for 2 people, 4 nights and the owner tried to scam us asking for 100 euros more at the arrival, if we want the room. We tried to explain them with the payment transaction, print screens from a new reservation for the next weekend (also 2 people, 4 nights), the price was the same as we paid, but initially the owner didn't want to understend. We called booking.com, explained the situation and finally the owner told us that she had added the 2nd person and the error comes from a server.

This experience was passable, however, I would rather not recommend this place as we dislike the lack of comfort by all means, and we prefer to avoid heavy and unclear check-in procedure and lack of smooth communication with a host. I personally dislike the fact that there were no communication or instructions sent by the host prior our arrival and it came out the room was not ready upon our arrival and there were situations with the host, even though we stayed there just for a night. There are so many previous comments about the lack of a toilet door (so I expected that), however someone may also find it strange - to feel the air conditioning, one needs to keep the balcony door open, but consider you can hear the outside noises which may be disturbing. Also, when you take a shower even though there is a shower cabin, the water somehow spills outside and makes the floor of the room and toilet wet and slippery.

The location was convenient for us as we use it as a stop by, just for a night before going to Catania airport. The host, welcomed us & let us leave our luggage at the facility and gave us a set of keys, but we were asked to "come back in 30 mins", because our room was not made ready at the official time for a check-in (1pm). We were asked to expect a call/msg from the host once ready, but we didn't got any and we met her again after 2 hours. The host mentioned the 2 free coffee pods and the free water in the fridge which was really nice, and gave me a check out instructions to leave the room at 10am on the next morning. For the guests' comfort and better experience I would recommend hosts to ease the check-in procedure (in some sort of self-check in process, with lockers or so) and better the communication and instructions to guest, so that to avoid guests' struggles with this facility check-in issues and procedures.
