Německo26 hodnocení1 užitečný komentář„Ok!“On our first night, we discovered that one of the toilets was out of order. As a result, we had to use the other toilet/shower, which was located within the bedroom and had no door—offering no privacy at all. This was quite unusual and uncomfortable for us, especially at night, as using the toilet would inevitably wake up the other person. It was disappointing that the owner did not inform us about the broken toilet in advance and after we informed them, no compensation was offered. The bed itself was comfortable, but only two thin pillows with white pillow covers were provided, which didn’t offer much support. I used some pillows from the sofa. Another inconvenience was the lack of basic supplies. There was only half a roll of toilet paper upon arrival. We had to request more, and only one extra roll was left in front of our door the following day. For a multi-day stay, we expected at least a small supply of essentials. It also took us a full day to figure out how to use the washing machine, as there were no instructions provided. The machine displayed a child lock alarm and would not run, which was quite frustrating until we managed to resolve it ourselves. We also noticed that some of the cutlery was not properly cleaned, and there were visible spider webs in certain corners, giving the impression that the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Parking and unloading the car was also a challenge. You cannot drive into the garage or even access the building directly by car to unload your luggage. Finding a nearby parking spot was not easy, and carrying everything to the apartment was quite inconvenient.
The location is great. The apartment has an elevator and big windows with a nice terrace.

Slovinsko3 hodnocení„Was ok, but a bit overpriced, according to what you actually get.“The communication with the owner was fast, instructions to find the apparent were simple and clear. Unfortunately the bathroom with doors had toilet broken, so we had quite a challenge to coordinate sleeping, as the other toilet is close to bedroom, without physical doors. Also the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned.
