A bit uncomfortable for the mattress I recommend a strong one mattress cover to help them stay together.

The room is nice and spacious, very clean and the cleaner is nice to us, he also helps us on our check in. They also have a dispenser for cold and sprinkled water which helps us a lot.

Very small in a backyard. Small window with a view of pipes. Lack of water pressure, terrible toilet paper. No shelves. Prison atmosphere.

There was no microwave to warm foods. A coffee machine was present but no milk.

The room was neat and tidy, and comfortable. It would have been better if there was a fridge, microwave, water kettle and drinking water in the room and not in the reception.

Fast efficient 'contactless' service, all instructions were clear, therefore self checking. Location is great, cafes, restaurant lane, markets nearby, true Naples experience. Property is clean, room is just about the right size.

The showerhead doesn't have enough water flow, and there's no door in the shower area, so the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. The area is not safe (the photos on Booking.com are much nicer). When I asked for entry instructions, the person who came was a child no older than 12 years old. They gave me the wrong entry codes to enter the building; the instructions weren't clear. They told me I had to pay an extra fee, which wasn't detailed in advance on the booking page.

We stayed for 12 nights and unfortunately had multiple issues throughout our stay. The host was often unresponsive — we were left without hot water on our first day and without power for over 10 hours one night, and getting help took far too long. The shower had no pressure and barely any hot water at first. It was eventually fixed, but not before several messages and a long delay. The lack of a refrigerator — not even a common one — made it impossible to store basic food or drinks, especially during 35°C+ summer days. The host repeatedly told us to "read the details" instead of offering any flexibility or solutions. Basic things like hangers in the bathroom, space to put toiletries, and proper furniture (like bedside tables or more than one chair) were missing. The communication was often rude or dismissive, and requests like taking out the trash were ignored or delayed. Overall, it felt like the bare minimum was being offered, and when things went wrong, there was no urgency or responsibility from the host. I understand it’s not a hotel, but respectful communication and functioning facilities should still be standard.

Excellent location, everything within walking distance, very close to the subway, grocery stores, restaurants. Some people wrote that the water pressure in the shower was weak, but this was caused solely by limescale in the shower tap, and everything worked fine after it was cleaned. The only thing that might be missing in the apartment is a small refrigerator.

There is no garden view or a city view from room 1 which we had. There is only 1 window in the room and it opened to the inner block of the building which was smelling like a sewage. We didnt open window for 3 days and didnt even know when was the sun rise or sunset. Like a prison. We couldn't handle to stay more so left in a hurry. Asked the owner to change the room but didnt happen. I do not recommend this place for more than 1 night if you arriving late and need to self check in. Shared the "view" from window. Bonus: Coffee machine didnt work.

The host requested payment outside of Booking and then proceded to hassle me to pay the commissions he was charged by the payment platform - in essence he forced us to pay a higher price than what was agreed through Booking. The water pressure was bad and the hot water takes 5-10 minutes to warm up each day (after we found the boiler ourselves - it hadn't been turned on for us). We'd requested 2 single beds as listed in the Booking Listing, but arrived to find a double bed

What a wonderful space in the middle of Naples. A private, secure space away from the hustle and bustle. Originally we had anticipated a later check in, but we were greeted on arrival by staff who were incredibly hospitable and accommodating! Great value for money in the middle of the Spanish Quarter of Naples. Everything is only a walk away. Would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend enough!

The B&B is brand new, very clean, secure and right in the city centre. The communication with the guest was perfect, they kept us in touch and answered quickly to our texts via WhatsApp. I highly recommend very cheap for best service ! ❤️
