Being inner city there was a lot of traffic noise but that goes with the location. At night there was no automatic light to be able to see where to put the key for entry into the hostel.

Very central to train & bus station & attractions within walking distance. It had a homely atmosphere & bed was comfortable. Nice to be able to make a drink.

It was 2 of us we got only one towel for showering which was very uncomfortably. We texted to the owner,than we tried calling no answers.Cleaning lady brought us in the morning just before we were leaving the hotel.I wouldnt mind if they knew to apologize and say something nice,instead of that,owner was very rude...

We had a great stay, the localisation is perfect, right in the city centre and next to the main square, the room is comfortable, everything was very clean. We highly recommend it!

There is no noise isolation at all! Like I could hear a person talking in a room next to me. Didn’t know Italians would talk that much but yeah, you should know it.

The location is really great and it even had a kettle and tiny cups(unfortunately) some cutlery and a microwave with a fridge. That was a nice surprise.

The room is really nice, except it was extremely hot and stiffling. For one night, I would recommend this place to stay. The toilet was really clean and taking shower there was a pleasure. There's also a terrace outside, where you can sit and chill.

A sink in the kitchen would have been nice, also proper air-conditioning in the room. Ensuite would have been much better than a shared bathroom and would have been nice to be provided with shampoo; they would let me leave my bag after check-out only till 1pm

lovely hotel with a nice vibe set by the decor and professional setup. Highly impressed! the communal area outside which is in a enclosed courtyard of the building is really charming. The reception staff were very helpful and efficient and gave me a free upgrade to a private bathroom which was very generous. The building is secure and key setup simple. The free instant tea and coffee was kind given such a inexpensive room but the location is your main reason to book... right by the canal of trieste and I'm the very centre of town yet on a quiet street. The room was really nice, with several windows and great shower and bathroom which was all very clean and I think daily cleaned.

The days were really hot while my stay, so I think having an AC would be better for that period. On the other hand, I did not plan to stay inside and in the evening turning on the fan and opening the windows was ok.

Lighting in the stairwell en route to the first floor accommodation would be really nice (rather than using an iPhone flashlight).

Great location in central Trieste. Staff were helpful in dealing with my queries. This is a high end hostel experience with private rooms and a modern vibe. Free beverages and welcoming environment. The place was much more spacious than usual.
