Not the most atmospheric location, but functional/practical

Good location near station. Room was clean. Access system through smartphone seemed conplicated, but worked well and instructions were clear.

The only issue was the shower handle—it wasn’t well attached and sometimes fell when the water was turned on. Please consider fixing it.

These are great rooms, very conveniently located close to the train station in Pistoia and not far from the city center. Ideal for visiting both Pistoia and Florence (just 40 minutes by train). We liked the smart, staff-free access system—it worked like clockwork. Of course, you need to make sure your phone is charged. The room was clean, with new furniture, and quiet.

New concept of automatic check in is interesting. Electronic keys baffled me at first butIt is better than the usual Airbnb lockbox on the street.

Bit of a problem here it was dark and raining and trying to do digital keys on phone in the rain is not easy but got in, in the end

perfect for train station and local supermarkets and a few bars around so ok with me.

In both rooms, there was mold around the base of the shower. This needs to be attended to. Bathrooms were otherwise clean and modern.

Clean and updated units (we had two rooms). Steps from railway station and short walk to center of town. Quiet. Very comfortable beds. Felt safe. Nice places for morning coffee nearby. We especially liked Settembre XX, virtually next door. Good communication with hosts. Great value.

Bed wasn’t that comfy in my opinion. Cleaning room is only once per week, i was 6 nights, didn’t have my room cleaned or towels changed. Could be great to modify that maybe.

Location is good, and the way to enter the room is also good (all digital with the mobile). Staff is very polite and professional. Also the whole building has nice and polite neighbours (nice ambiance and vibe). Good price compared to other options nearby.

Perfect place to stay in Pistoia! Close to centre, and train station is only 2 min walk away. Comfy, clean and great price, and very kind hosts. The smart keys for checkin was very handy and easy to use. Thankyou for having us!

Great place to stay. It has all the amenities for your stay. Every time we have stayed, the room has been very clean with comfortable beds. The place is quiet and peaceful with a kind and responsive host. Check-in with the smart keys is very convenient if you arrive late at night. Nearby there is a car park, a pizzeria, a cafe, a supermarket. We will definitely go back there again!

- The location is great if you arrive by train but not so much if you come by car. Parking is a bit tricky. Our host send us list of parking places, but they were either full or quite expensive. At the end we parked at Pertini parking which our host recommended as a free parking. It was really cheap but not totally free. - the area around shower is very moldy - rooms have no sound isolation. Opening them by virtual keyes is very loud and because rooms are so close to one another you can clearly hear other guests coming and leaving and it can wake you up during the night - as 2 girls in our 20s we did not feel totally safe in the area. We did not see as much homeless people anywhere in Tuscany as we did in Pistoia and they were quite pushy - I really did not like the last message our host sent to us. He (kindly) requested us to rate his place with 10 and specificly told us it is very important to give 10 in every single category and only tell him any negative things in private. I find this very unfair as I am sure many travellers depend on honest reviews on Booking.dom. It is a big difference between asking guests to rate their experience honestly and suggesting them how to rate the appartment.

- Check-in is really easy. We loved virtual keys and found them extra easy to use - Communication with the owner was simple, he gave us very clear instructions - Room was clean - A/C and mini fridge in the room worked great - Train station was super close as was city center of Pistoia with many resturants and shops

Quite small and lacking some amenities like a coffee machine and kettle. It was a bit too clean and smelled strongly of bleach. The view outside is average and the window is small.

Great location, only a 2 minute walk from the train station. Only a 5 minute walk into the heart of Pistoia. Easy check-in/check-out.
