The only thing we didn't like is the shower, since it's fixed to the ceiling. So all the ladies who do not wish to wet their hair need to have a shower cap

A very comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Very good transport connections to the nearby towns for those using public transport. Ample parking for who is travelling with their car. Excellent and ample breakfast and very friendly staff.

The internet service was a a real nightmare. This service should be improved. Also, the room that we had was a little bit strange, very narrow and long, with beds in the middle, leaving less space around and making the room uncomfortable.

We really liked this hotel during our stay in Dolomites. The breakfast was the strongest point, along with the position in Val Gardena. We had a free parking space. The room was clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff was nice and helpful. very nice common spaces.

One little minus: If you want to leave your luggages at the reception, you will have to pay, same for charging your car. Ok but could be a nice gesture too.

Modern hotel. Excellent rooms. Friendly staff. Digital check-in. Smart hub room to make drinks and chill as well as large outdoor bar area. We arrived on marshmallow night and toasted marshmallows outside. Easy parking for our Transporter van.

Quite uncomfortable over the summer as no air conditioning or fans. Even a small pedestal or desk fan would be appreciated. We left the windows open both nights although no breeze came through and one night a cat came into our room during the night - so wouldn’t recommend leaving window open! Staff didn’t give much advice about the area - felt we did alot of our own research.

The dryer kept stopping because the filter needed to be cleaned and this resulted in a loss of money. This was something we discovered after many failed attempts. It would be better if there was a sign posted about cleaning the filter before starting the dryer.

The breakfast was amazing, with so many hot and cold choices. The coffee was excellent too. It was convenient that there was parking, laundry, and a restaurant on site.

Rooms were a little warm in the summer but you could open the door and windows.

Great breakfast. Great garden with scenic view. Parking was easy and the location great. Quick bus ride into the main towns. The staff were lovely and check in was easy.
