The walls between the guest rooms and the shared corridor are thin so you’ll hear every word spoken at the neigbors, as well as along the corridor. And when ever anyone around you flushed the WC, you’ll be aware. The window shutter did not totally blockout the morning sunlight so it was hard to try to sleep in. Some darker curtains could solve this.

The hotel has one floor of rooms in a residential building, and most of them are situated in a shared corridor. The double room had a very firm double bed (approx 2x 90cm wide beds put together) and thin hard pillows. Asked for and got an extra pillow which was a lot softer. The AC unit was newer and very quiet, and windows pretty decent soundproofed. Surprisingly good breakfast buffe, besides cold cuts and bread they offer scrambled eggs and bacon. You can also ask for a proper Italian cappuccino made to order.

Every thing is fine it would be nice to have a Bar but everything is so close that it’s not really necessary

No problems .Unfortunately there was loud music from the beach area until 3 am at the weekend and led to poor sleep.

The decor of the room was slightly dated but perfectly functional and more than compensated by the lovely view.

Our request that the other 2 single beds must be a matrimoniale were not granted. Not refilling tissue paper. We also report that the bidet was not functioning well but there’s no respond from the management. No private parking for the hotel (the receptionist must notify the clients about this matter).

We had a lot of noise from flushing toilets and also cleaners speaking outside the room whilst collecting their products and equipment early in the morning.

Parking is public in street. Our car was towed away because Saturday morning they have a fair. Hotel did not tell me. I don't speak Italian so didn't see the sign. It cost me 175 Euros in total.

Hotel is on the 4th floor of an apartment building with entrance through the apartment building lobby and elevator. Photo gives impression that hotel is directly across the street from the beach but it is down a side street. No parking available. Crowded street parking by beach only.

My one quibble is that the single room was very small with a cramped bath, no bidet and paper-thin demising walls (Italians can be noisy hotel guests). I would stay at the hotel again but would choose a larger room next time.

This is a small hotel with a view of the sea (a block away) and located on the fourth floor of a multi-tenant building (elevator access obviously). Easy walking distance to the casinò and Ariston Theater (site of Eurovision Song Contest in Italy). I walked back and forth from the train station (17 minutes). Others may want to use a cab or bus. Cordial hotel staff. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, sweet rolls.
