Breakfast was very simple, no much to choose from; however, the waiter was very nice and did everything possible to bring us extra fruit, coffee, etc.

Location was great if you are planning to use the train to take trips to Garda, Venice, etc. The hotel is at the train station. Personnel was friendly and the rooms were comfortable

We got room with stinky bathroom... it was so bad smell. They changed us a room but new room didnt have 2 seperate beds as we specificly ordered. We didnt get even free parking for our inconvinient.

With the hotel being so close to the station the area around the entrance was a bit rough - lots of groups of young lads sat around. I wouldn’t have liked to be going back to my room at night

Sign posting from train station. Couldn’t work the thermostat so had to open the windows which made it noisier.

Fantastic location! Would be better if the signs to the hotel in the train station were better. Ended up walking along the street instead of off Platform 1 which was phenomenal as it was undercover for 99% of the walk! The Receptionist was so friendly! The breakfast room was beautiful with lots of fresh croissants, cheese and meat.

The breakfast buffet is quite basic (e.g., no vegetables such as tomato or cucumber), and the Wi-Fi signal breaks often (although, it probably depends on the room).

Very kind staff that addresses all issues immediately, good location if the proximity to the train station is important (although around 20-25 minutes walking to the city centre), quite well-maintained rooms.

The property is a little secluded with low lighting on the approach to it. That said, as two female travellers, we still felt safe enough.

We would have expected a bit wider choice at the breakfast buffet.

The room was not too big, still sufficient. Newly and well equipped, very clean, with good beds and a fine bathroom. The staff was very friendly - thanks, guys!

Location. I would only recommend this hotel for those looking to use Verona as a base and take multiple train trips. You have to walk through. the train station to get to the hotel. The area around the train station lacks good restaurants and cafes etc. It feels safe though as there are lots of police always around.

- Staff at check-in was not super friendly and didn't mention anything about breakfast, which we had included in our booking. So we had to find information about that ourselves. - Breakfast room is not very nice and options are limited.

- Location next to the train station is super convenient if you have to catch an early train or when you arrive late. - Room was clean and beds comfortable - Although the train station is near, you don't hear any noises - You can easily walk to the city center (+/- 25 min)

Both showerheads were awful in room 208, which we stayed in. The waterfall showerhead sprayed water in all directions despite our efforts to fix it, and the hose showerhead was completely useless unless directed by hand.

Proximity to the train station was very convenient. Room was very spacious and clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, all the essentials were there, but it wasn’t impressive either.

We arrived a little late for breakfast, but still around 1 hour before the "official end" of breakfast, but there was not much selection available, and we really felt a bit like we were disturbing the guy who was in charge of breakfast by showing up!!!
