Great location and secure parking for motorcycles

Some of the beds are particularly uncomfortable / soft

It was what it was, on old style hotel in a old resort with a beautiful back drop of mountains and clear blue skies We enjoyed it!

Very close to autostrada and Frejus Tunnel

Old and rundown.

Loved it. The staff were fantastic. Super cheap ski rental (€15 per person per day for full set up including helmet). Super traditional rooms.

We loved it, but some people might not appreciate the basic nature of the rooms. They are quite simple and very old, but very clean and we just embraced it! Plenty warm enough, just remember you're in rural Italy and not Paris!

- Very noisy - old, loud room - very cold, couldn’t close the windows completely - hardly any breakfast, not good looking - no WiFi connection in the room - barking neighbor dog

The location was good off the motorway and close to the town and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with cereals and yoghurt. The bed was ok and the bathroom clean and sufficient towels.

As previously mentioned the decor is dated and rundown. The carpet in the bedroom was very badly stained and probably had been for decades. Made you feel queasy to look at it. There was a wooden outside shutter that we tried to close but decided it could be dangerous to try and move. The carpets in the lift and corridor could do with a good hoover. Pity the management do not seem to be concerned about the appearance.

We were truly happy to have stumbled upon this hotel. If you have any interest in this area and its history, I think it is very much worth it to come to this place. The architecture and the interior tell a lot about this place and have mostly kept its mountainous charm. The staff was very helpful and warm and breakfast was delicious and held in a beautiful and festive room. We would love to come back, thank you!

Clean, the staff were very kind and friendly. Breakfast and location were quite good.

Our room and the reataurant were freezing. It was cold outside but apparently they could not turn their old fashioned central heating on until the next month! The old wood window was single-glazed and very drafty. No bedside lamps either.

The unusable small shower with the cheapest door ever

The staff were very friendly and helpful made us feel welcome . Breakfast was really good and as was all the other meals we had there choosing to eat in house rather than going into town . Room was perfectly adequate for my needs , location was ideal as was the secure motorcycle parking .

WiFi wasn't up to standard for this day and age ,but not a deal breaker .

Very pleasant staff throughout. Room was great and spacious. Secure parking for motorcycles in courtyard. Nice little bar area with outside seating to watch the world go by. Easy walk to the town. Breakfast ok

We got there just as checkin was about to close. We didn't realize there was a curfew and they locked us in for the night. Host was welcoming after a long day of travel and our GPS taking us into France. Easy, free parking and the breakfast were the highlights.

I can't really ding them for cleanliness, it's a ski lodge. The carpets were worn out a bit, but still good enough for us to enjoy our stay.
