Nothing significant, but since we can always improve, let me mention something here: the wardrobe was a little strange. It's not small, but there was nowhere to hang clothes on a hanger without folding them. As I mentioned, the street can be noisy, but the windows are well insulated, and if you close the windows in the living room and bathroom, you won't have any problems. I also mentioned the slow elevator, but slow is a thousand times better than none. We had a small problem with the sockets—you couldn't plug in a laptop charger in the ones next to the bed. Italian sockets are specific. But there was another socket in the apartment where the charger fit, and we charged it there. The phone chargers fit into the sockets next to the bed. I really don't know what else to mention here, and I always try to point out all the cons. It's just hard to find any here... I highly recommend the apartment.

Everything was perfect. Starting with communication with the owner, which was very easy and without any delays. Davide answered all our questions and requests - from the days before our arrival to the last day when we had already left the apartment. Next - the location. An excellent location a few minutes' walk from the old town, while avoiding the noise of the crowds (the street can sometimes be noisy because of the cars, though). There are supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport stops, and a number of places to eat nearby - breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We even found a gym nearby. Now we come to the main question - the apartment. All apartments are part of a common floor, which is accessed with a code (there is also one at the entrance to the building). The corridor is also protected by video surveillance. On the floor itself, the apartments are separate, each with its own key. Each of them is decorated in a different style, very tastefully and with attention to detail. There is also a common room with a large table and sofa - for relaxing or eating. It is located on the third floor and there is an elevator (the slowest elevator I have ever seen, but the important thing is that you don't have to carry your suitcases up the stairs, as is often the case in Italy). We found impeccable cleanliness - which is the most important thing for me when I sleep away from home. The apartment was cleaned every day - thanks to Davide and the cleaning lady, everything was excellent in that regard. We had no problems with hot water, pressure, air conditioning, or the internet - everything is new and works perfectly. There are electric blinds and mosquito nets. There is a small refrigerator, which welcomed us with cold water. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the apartment has enough sockets and mirrors.

Near the historic centre, spacious, spotless and easy to communicate with the host.

The only downside was the emergency exit light on the ceiling. Once the main lights were turned off, it shone extremely brightly throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep comfortably.

The accommodation was beautiful—newly renovated and very nicely done. The view from the balcony was stunning and really added to the experience.

brand new, spotless clean, exactly as presented in the pictures and centrally located. We only stayed 1 night to explore Alghero before moving to Costa Smeralda but would definitely return next time I fly to Alghero. Davide is great host, very responsive. I give 5*

Very nice room, good size, comfortable bed, good shower, super clean. And in a great location. Parking is also easy and free on the street. Self check-in was easy. We had a great stay and would highly recommend. Also the communication was professional,kind and easy. Five stars!
