We had to share a balcony and were unaware of that. There were issues with the smell of the toilet drains. Wifi was very unpredictable. If you want a good night sleep the nightclub noise over the ravine was very loud. We also had no kettle in the room. In fairness to the managers we didn’t tell them about the problems.

Loved the location. 10/10. Also loved the cleaning and breakfast staff as were lovely and accommodating. Very spacious with a nice balcony.

The room was very noisy, we were in a room that could see the road. The traffic and bar noises were pretty bad. Made it a little difficult to sleep.

Location was fantastic for exploring sorrento and surrounding areas. Breakfast was basic (croissants, coffee, juice and cakes) ideal for what we needed.

Three lights weren't working. The breakfast was disappointing, fresh juice or fruit and freshly baked pastries would have been nice, especially considering the price. Nowhere to eat breakfast if your room is without a balcony! Bathroom needed the mould cleaning.

The shower drain didn’t smell great and overall the shower could have done with a good clean. The pool is also shared with a couple of buildings so it was always very busy.

Noise from other guests. Very noisy. Walls very thin. Went to use pool and told to come back at 4pm. Shared balcony didn't seem secure and safe.

Excellent location! Only a few minutes from the town center, train station, and port. Breakfast was coffee and pastries, but I didn't mind. It was clean, and considering the location, the price was reasonable. The room was very spacious and had a lovely balcony, as well as a large bathroom.

The breakfast is very basic (croissant, jam and coffee. Sandwiches were added only the last day). There is some mold in the bathroom.

The location is pretty close to everything (both the port and the old city). The room is clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is great

Family room didn’t have a balcony and the large window opening was level with the height of the single bed. Lucky we didn’t have young children with us as falling out of the window if you were playing on the bed is a real possibility.

Loved the location, size of the room was good. Air conditioner worked and a nice quiet view of the garden.

When we got to the location, there was no sign with Sorrento Pool and Suites. We know we had the right address, but got very confused when other people turned up at the front gates and they had a different accommodation name. The building is an apartment block and it appears that different companies own rooms within the building. My initial impression was that the room was quite basic. Bare, white walls with no pictures/paintings. There was no tea and coffee making facilities and it did not even have any cups or glasses. But other than that, it was fine and suited our needs and it did have a fridge. The pool was closed from the day we got there, (15th Sept), so we did not get to use it.

The location was excellent. Shops, bars and restaurants on the street and located just minutes from the centre. The room was clean, spacious and bright with 2 small terraces. The bed was comfy. Good communication with Valentina, who answered any queries promptly via What's App. And Marina the cleaner was so so lovely. Cheerful and helpful. As the property does not come with a parking space, we used the valet parking services where Valentina arranges for our car to picked up from us outside the property and we then let her know when we want the car again. It was not cheap, but it was convenient.

Information on booking.com is not completely clear. The rooms are part of a residential complex. An apartment that has been converted into separate rooms. Although the rooms themselves are modern, the complex itself is quite run down.

We didn't like that it was too noisy. You can't sleep with an open window at night, we're not used to so much city noise. There was a requirement to wear hair caps at the pool. We also had no wine glasses, even though we asked to be left in the room.

First, we chose this place because of the location. The train station (from where we went to Pompeii) is a 10-minute walk away, and the center of Sorrento is a 10-minute walk away. Second, there was a pool, which is good for the child.

Shower had quite a bit of grime. Room was ok but like a room in a floor so could hear comings & goings. Maid woke us up every day and seemed irritated we didn’t leave the room early enough for her. She told us finished at 11am. We have a tonnage boy who likes to sleep!

The swimming pool was shared by several apartment block so it was busy. The showers we dirty, the lifeguards were not paying attention to the pool at all even though there were at least 10-20 small children around. They were just on their phones. The cleaner came at 9.45 to get us out of the room. The website said 10.30am check out.
