Quite loud at night and the windows don’t block noise. Not crazy but could do w some earbuds. Also the shower was a little rickety but completely functional so doesn’t rly matter.

No normal size coffee pods for Americano coffee, only espresso which too small and strong. No still water provided for drinking in the room. More information on arrival about facilities close by e.g. shop downstairs for groceries etc as this be handy to know in advance. It be very good to mark map etc where hotel is etc..just extra touches to enhance the customers stay

Location is fantastic and property so clean and nicely decorated. The staff were lovely and the housekeeper was so pleasant. Loved the lemon diffuser scents throughout the property. The hill terrace on roof is lovely addition to the stay. The lemonade for rooftop was lovely too.

Room wasn't soundproofed so you can hear the noises coming from other bedrooms especially the showers. On our 2nd night we heard a very loud humming engine sound so we didn't sleep well.

Centrally located within walking distance of sights. Room was nicely decorated, better than what's showing on booking.com photos. It was very clean with good wifi signal and had a powerful air con.

Within our room on the top floor you could everything, I had the issue of being constantly woken up from movement around the property and different people.

What can be improved is the cleanliness, which wasn’t as thorough as we would have liked. The sofa bed can be updated! Personally I didn' t like the decoration that much.

We stayed in Rome for a few days. Grace was who helped us throughout our stay. She was kind, attentive, and always willing to help!! She was available on WhatsApp when she wasn't on property. She was great! With the directions that she gave us it was easy to find the apartment. The room was available when we arrived. It was a good size, we were 3. The sofa bed wasn' t very comfortable, but I could sleep. The room didn' t had a view but we were out all day. The bathroom was big but the shower small. The room had classic decor and an antique vibe. The location was definitely one of the highlights! Close to Piazza Spagna and the Fontana Di Trevi. There Is a market next door which was very convenient.

The pull out bed wasn’t very comfortable, and partially blocked access to the bathroom, the other full size bed was excellent.

That said, there were a few letdowns. Not all the light switches worked, which was inconvenient, and getting the shower to turn on and have hot water was more difficult than it should be. Also, for a group of girls, having just one mirror wasn’t ideal — definitely not enough for getting ready. Overall, a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement.

The apartment was in a great location and very spacious, which was a big plus.

It could be a little more clean and maintained. The mattress had stains and the room was a little bit dusty. Also there was a lot of noise from outside, because the windows are a little bit old (I recommend earplugs).

The only bummer was that one side of the double bed had broken slats, which were patched up, and there was a noticeable dip in the bed where your back would go. Since I was alone, it was fine because I slept on the other side, but honestly, a broken and sunken bed isn't ideal :(

I stayed in a standard double, and it was clean enough. The location is great, and the staff at the front desk were friendly. I was only staying for a short time, so I asked them not to clean my room, and they left it alone, which was great. I stayed in November, and the heating and AC worked fine. There was always coffee, and when my capsule ran out, I just picked up a new one from the lobby.

It wasn't very clean. Actually I can't say it was bad but the sheets and toilet didn't give the feeling of being spotlessly clean.

The location of the facility was great. We walked to many places. There were many restaurants around. The room was exactly as in the photo. The staff is very attentive and polite. They responded to every question I asked quickly and politely.

One of the highlights of this hotel is its prime location. So close to Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps and Via Condotti! And next to two beautiful restaurants where I enjoyed wonderful Italian dinners.
