Great location, very clean and the staff were wonderful. Silvia the host was very welcoming and helpful in advising us how to get to the property and making the most of our time in Sperlonga. The staff at breakfast were also very kind and helped with our dietary needs.

The hotel was lovely and offered the perfect stay at a great value for money. The location is walking distance from the beach and from the local cafes and restaurants. The owner, Silvia, was super helpful from the very beginning. She provided us with a warm welcome and offered us beverages and snacks upon our arrival, despite it being after breakfast hours. She helped us set up our boat activity and gave recommendations for other activities. The room was comfortable, and a complimentary bottle of local wine was in our room. There was room cleaning every day, the breakfast offered was a continental breakfast with freshly baked pastries every morning, tea and coffee were provided upon request, and one of our guests was provided with freshly made eggs upon request as well. We had to check out of the hotel a day early, and Silvia was very understanding and even helped us get our refund from Booking.com. She also arranged a taxi for us on the last day and had breakfast prepared for us 30 minutes before normal breakfast time, since we were leaving early. Overall, our stay was magnificent, and I highly recommend this hotel to any guests. Silvia is a magnificent host and I thank her for her wonderful hospitality!

Place is clean, rooms, excellent clean sheets and the breakfast excellent

1. The bathroom towels need to be changed, they look dirty. 2. The location of the place needs better visible signage from main road. We had difficulty locating the place

Excellent location and Sylvia is the perfect host. Clean room and comfortable bed. Close to the beach and all the main restaurants, shops and bars. Breakfast was lovely and staff friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have a kettle provided to make tea or coffee in-room. I travelled into Sperlonga by train from Rome, and it was very convenient getting from Fondi station to town and the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Having a view directly onto a building site. Although, I’m sure that won’t be the case forever.

Beautiful place. Nice accommodations. Comfortable and clean. Silvia, our host was exceptional. She was helpful, kind and accommodating. She helped us with all our arrangements from shuttles to beach clubs and was always smiling. We really appreciated her helping us out so much. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!! Breakfast was also top notch!

Very clean and close to the beach and city centre

Amazing location. Close to everything you need. Silvia was very helpful with everything including organising a driver and recommendations on where to eat. Highly recommend this. Will definitely return

The location was incredibly convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and around 6 minutes from all the main attractions. We took a bus from the station, and the bus stop is only a short 5-minute walk from the hotel. Sylvia, the manager, was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, even checking in on us before our arrival. The facilities are new and clean, and the room is spacious and well-equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sperlonga. Be sure to check out Sylvia's restaurant, Al Vignale, for amazing pizza right by the beach.
