It’s very well located, literally 50m from the metro and within walking distance of Vatican. Also, there is a small kitchen with coffee and tea available + fresh orange juice to make ourselves. Really clean as well

The Internet is slow and very unreliable. The bathroom needs an upgrade or deep cleaning. There was not much pressure in the shower head until we cleared it.

The property was wonderful. It was the work that was being done outside on the streets and the sidewalk made it difficult. It’s not the fault of the property, but I’m sure they’ll get there. Return when the street opens up.

Keys for rooms difficult for us to operate (old fashioned skeleton key style) and bulky to carry. Very minor problem, however.

Check in very smooth, Maria and her staff very helpful and accommodating, nice free continental breakfast, coffee and oranges, rooms nicer than the photos. Highly recommend this hotel

The wifi was horrible, borderline unusable. Both in my room and also the common kitchen/dining space. I wanted to do remote work while staying here. It was difficult to do so.

The coffee machine, snacks, and water bottles were nice. The staff were sweet and accommodating.

The location is great. The price is very competitive! The staff was great at communication and accommodation. I liked the small kitchen where we could have breakfast or a tea after a long day. Highly recommend!

The air conditioning was not working at the time due to environmental laws from what we were told but the temperature was bearable. Not a big deal.

The Owner was very accommodating. Staff was exceptional. Room was very clean. We loved the old world charm especially in the dining area of the hotel. Location was close to everything.

The staff was very gently and helpful in about everything we needed...the rooms were clean and arranged every day...there was always coffee to make and something for breakfast..hot water all the time...and of course the area around offers the metro station ottaviano in 20 steps away, shops for souvenir, really good food and of course gelato...thanks for everything...I strongly recommend it...

Everything was perfect.

The location was perfect; you can start your day with the metro or by food since the metro station was just next to the house and many sightseeing places were not far away, even for the short feet of my two children (8 and 12). Having two separate rooms with separate bathrooms, a small living area and a kitchen was the perfect set up for us :)

Since the windows face the street, there are occasions when it can be noisier. Some furniture items look a bit worn.

A highly convenient location, in close proximity to the bus and metro stations, shops, restaurants, and just a 5-6 minute walk from the Vatican. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing coffee, tea, croissants, water, fruit, and jam in the room. Daily cleaning service was a definite plus. The kitchen was well-equipped with almost everything you might need. A significant advantage of the apartment I stayed in was having two bathrooms.
