How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great property just 5 minute walk to the Vatican. Easy instructions to get to the property AC was very welcome in the august heat Great location nice and quiet but a few local shops cafes and restaurants on your doorstep if needed

It takes a while for the air conditioner to start cooling.
Cozy apartment for a couple or a group of friends, just 10 minutes from the Vatican.

The floor was sticky and not very clean.
The location was close to most of the main attraction and 10mins walk to St Peter's basilica.

Unfortunately, the Moka was dirty with mold, so we could not make any coffee during our stay. There could have been at least a few tea bags. The door to the bathroom could not close, we did not mind, but could be repaired.
Little cosy apartment very close to the Vatican. You even have a small kitchen and small private garden where you can sit and relax. Everything was super clean. There is breakfast included, one croissant, one glass of juice and one coffee per person. Overall, you have a whole small apartment close to the tourist attractions for a fair price.

The bathroom tends to be a bit damp from the shower, but it's still manageable.
This is a lovely stay within walking distance of St. Peter’s Basilica. The check-in process was smooth, making it an excellent choice for experiencing Rome. The apartment was clean and had two bedrooms, and the small kitchen worked well for two small families. There’s a grocery store nearby, along with numerous restaurants offering a variety of dining options. The host arranged free breakfast from a nearby restaurant, which was a nice bonus. It’s about a 6-8 minute walk from Roma S Pietro station, with bus and taxi options also available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Could be more towels because does not matter you stay one or 5 days you have same set of towels. Plus there was not spare bin bags for rubbish. For 5 days was good to have same extra. Breakfast - best not to have them because it is just croissant and coffee and orange juice from concentrate. We only went 3 days out of 5 to have croissant. There is nicer places to have morning coffee like Cresci.
Very nice place and perfect location to visit Vatican. Just 5min walk from Vatican City or 40min walk from centre( Pantheon or Colosseum). We stayed for 5 days and was great for us. Clean and modern place with good hot shower.

But the breakfasts was a disaster, it was planed with a ticket 🎟 in place nearby, no respect and very little and limited, half a cup orange juice, absolutely not fresh small cookies like croissants not fresh, and a coffee, it wasn't even enough... they where not friendly and not respectful, I should say the owner wasn't responsible for the place that served the breakfasts, he was surprised as well...
The room where perfekt, clean, modern and ofcourse cozy ✨️, the owner is very friendly and always in touch, when you need any he is there and very helpfull, check in and out was as well easy without any complications, thanks for all of it. There was was a full kitchen as well with everything nice and clean. New towels as well you can count on the rooms they are perfekt for the price and even more but forget about the breakfast...

Good location as it was a few minutes walk to Vatican square(15 min to Vatican museum) and 20 min bus ride to Rome city centre. Breakfast was small but good. Included a coffee, croissant and fruit juice. The host was friendly, helpful and great with all his communication. Unit was comfortable and cosy.

The apartment was ideally situated for a trip to Rome. Few minutes walk from the vatican. There are some great restraunts nearby. The apartment was spotless and conformable. Everything needed for a sightseeing trip

I stayed 5 nights I didn’t like the rules of the towers I found 3 big and 3 small towers if I want more I have to pay more .

I enjoyed everything and I have no particular criticisms to make. However, I would like to give a suggestion to the owner. I had difficulty organizing the storage of my luggage until departure because I had to leave early and the nearby luggage storage facilities opened later. For me, this location would deserve top marks if it offered the possibility to leave luggage; this would be an extra and excellent service provided to customers in this top location!
The studio apartment is on the ground floor, super modern, equipped, and air-conditioned. The entrance is inside a small inner courtyard with a large fig tree, protected by a separate gate. There is the possibility of sitting outside in the small courtyard. In the studio, the kitchen is well organized, there is space for luggage and clothes, the bed is comfortable, and there is also a television. I was in Rome during extremely hot days (40 degrees) and in the air-conditioned studio, it was very pleasant.
