This is a superb, modern, immaculate property with air conditioning. Very convenient location, minutes walk to the door of vatican museums and St. Peter's. Minutes walk to bus, metro and convenient taxi rank. Super congenial hours. Beautiful room, lovely toiletries and excellent cleaning service. 100% positive cannot recommend highly enough.

The apartment was beautiful, modern inside, comfortable and clean. It was located near the Vatican with a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. It was also close to the Metro station which made getting around and to the historical center so much easier. It also offered 3 beds (a near-king sized bed and 2 twin beds (which was great for the kids). The hostess was very nice and welcoming.

The 2 TVs in the same room was a challenge to operate at the same time.

The room was clean, spacious and the beds were really comfy. The toilets were also spacious. Toiletries were complete. Coffee was available in the common area.

Excellent location for visiting the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica. The property is a short walk to the Metro station and the sidewalks are reasonably good, so unlikely to destroy your suitcase wheels, unlike many areas of Rome, for example. The property is on the fifth floor which is reached by an elevator, which was really appreciated as we had two heavy suitcases. We were met at the property by the owners daughter who kindly allowed us to stash our two suitcases before the official check-in time as my wife and I had a booking to attend the Jubilee pilgrimage to St. Peter’s. The property was very clean, modern and comfortable. A decent sized and quiet fridge was in the room, which was very useful. A fancy drinks machine was provided in the common area, although we did not use it as we were only here for one night. The bathroom was very modern and nicely decorated, and was well stocked with supplies. As this was a guest house, there were no facilities for getting anything other than a drink. For example, a couple of bowls and spoons would have been useful for breakfast. We had a small issue with locking the door. The door used some kind of magnetic system, presumably for added security and when trying to determine if we were turning the key in the right direction, the door bolt did not move. This was not a problem with the door, but rather our unfamiliarity of the locking system and was quickly resolved when we contacted the owner. When we first arrived the room temperature was a bit cool and needed adjusting but the control was locked, however on contacting the owner this was quickly resolved by remote access. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Cynthia was there to meet us, and allowed us to leave our luggage and even checked in early since one room was available. Her hospitality and helpfulness was much appreciated. The room is spacious, and really clean. It was a few minutes walk from both vatican and the metro. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. Very good location.

We had a hard time finding it. A better description of the location would be helpful and a trash can in the room would be nice.

Loved everything about this overnight stay. It is five minutes from the Vatican. Our host, Cynthia, was so gracious and kind. She met us early so we could drop our baggage before going to the Vatican. Her rooms are beautiful. Perfectly clean. Really fast wifi. Great neighborhood.
