The room was a bit humid. We informed the host before our arrival as agreed, but still we had to wait 15 minutes to check in as there wasn't anybody at the hotel. We had to call the host several times.

Everything was perfect!

The place was very clean and the garden was beautiful. Service was amazing, Claudio was very warm, welcoming and friendly. He gave us pointers for places to go and good restaurants and cafes. We were there for a wedding and he let us check in early and also leave our luggage at the place until late the next day. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety.

Both the host and the staff were amazing, as was the breakfast. The facility is a tastefully renovated private home just a few minutes walk from all the action in Polignano. The courtyard is a huge plus.

Everything! Location was excellent for us, being just 5 minutes’ walk from the train station and 5 minutes’ walk to the centre historic area, beach etc. Entry was easy, and Claudio was often onsite which gave it a personal feeling, especially as the place was originally his own grandparents’ house! Both he and the cleaning/breakfast lady whose name escapes me, were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The whole place is very clean and cared-for, and well-fitted out. Our room was all we needed, and opened onto a spacious, shared garden courtyard where breakfast was also served. We spent a very pleasant, full morning there one day sitting in the sunshine, planning for the next section of our 6-week trip around Southern Italy! It really was an added bonus to our stay. Although there are separate tables for guests, most chatted together over or after breakfast and shared travel stories and tips which was very enjoyable. My husband and I particularly enjoyed this camaraderie! We couldn’t be happier with our choice of accomodation for 2 nights in Polignano. Very highly recommended!

Excellent BnB near the historic area of Polignano. Claudio and staff are very friendly, efficient and do everything to ensure you have a good stay. Our room was bright and clean, with good facilities. It opened onto a pleasant enclosed garden space where you can relax or have breakfast. The included breakfast was very generous with many different choices on the buffet.

The place was perfectly positioned to walk to everything you needed to see and do in Polignano a mare including bars , restaurants, and sites. Claudio was an exceptional communicator through WhatsApp and was on hand for any of our needs. The lady who looks after the place was fantastic. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast she prepared was lovely as was the freshly squeezed orange juice each morning. A free parking spot out the front was an added bonus. The garden and an opportunity to wash our clothes and hang them out there was great.
