It was very dirty, a lot of dust and the linens were washed but not clean with spots. The bedspread was even dirty. You could see the pillow had an halo of dirt that you could see trough the pillowcase. The bed headboard was full of dust as well as the pavement. The fridge was disconnected at our arrival. Check in details were sent in delay. The building is totally inhabited and you can feel unsafe. Not a good solution for family with young child. We decided to leave and we communicate it to the owner. He/she didn’t even bother to say sorry .

There was no person or lobby. There was no place to eat breakfast. The sign for the hotel was so small that we didn't know where to enter.

Warning: you are in for a bitter disappointment. If you are looking for a dump with a cold war flair, you have come to the right place. In addition to the run-down room with fluorescent lights, you can expect a bathroom that was last renovated 30 years ago. The shower is mouldy and there are ants everywhere on the floor. None of the advertised photos even remotely resemble reality. Absolute frustration and disappointment, so please don't fall for this scam like I did.

Good location. 15 min away from airport. 20 min away from Poetto beach. Bar to have coffee next to building.

Very clean room.

The sheets and towels were very clean and room was cleaned daily.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress needs to be replaced. We expected a small kitchenette but in reality it was just a fridge and microwave, no plates, cups and cutlery and no sink etc. The apartment is very noisy since you can here the traffic passing by.

Beds comfortable and clean. Bathrooms clean and everything working as it should. Host quick to answer any queries.

Air conditions are old and noisy. Too much traffic in the area and too much dust. Balcony dusty.

The staff service. They were very late in sending us the self check-in instructions. And we had to chase them to get these instructions. That didn't feel right. Also, when they cancelled our room for the 1st night of our stay due to valid reasons, they only informed us at the very last minute and also the alternative room they gave us was a serious downgrade compared to what we booked. We asked for at least a partial refund due to this, but they did nothing to compensate for the harm done.

Large, clean room with balcony and seating. Easy to get to from airport. Great to have kettle, fridge and microwave . Modern bathroom and large towels which I always appreciate. Easy remote check in.

No cutlery, plates, glasses, cups etc to be able to use the kettle and microwave! The rooms are above offices etc and not initially obvious at night you're in the right place. Perhaps better signage needed

The room was quite big, clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and with many appliances, including air conditioner, a small fridge and even a microwave. The free private parking is a great plus.

At first they told me the checkin was at 15h, even though it said 14h on booking website, but then the room was ready at 14h10 and I could Checkin, so that was OK. The biggest issue was that the toilet flush was broken, which was very unpleasant for the first 24h, but I informed them and they sent someone to make a repair on the second day. Also, if you're traveling with your furry friend (pets) ask about the extra fee before you make the reservation, because they didn't inform me the value of this fee and it was quite unreasonable after all. At least we settled that amicably, considering the incident with the flush.

Folding bed ( this is the second one ).it was very hard and was constantly moving around on the floor.

Nothing like the pictures, very old with the dishes not clean. Le falta mucha mantencion.

One room, room 3, was as advertised with facilities as pictured. We booked two rooms.

Room 4 was an absolute mess. Before you even went it the lock at the front was broken so you could peer straight through into the room. Once we were in it was no better. The shower wasn't functional when we arrived, there was no toilet roll, dirt (dust) across all the surfaces, the coffee machine was not functioning (but there weren't any cups anyway even if it was), there were marks on the walls, stickers stuck to the wall, the bed was broken (slats smashed) so the bed sagged, the leather headboard was peeling and there was a weird smell to the room. The furniture outside was also broken or cracked. When we spoke to the owner he promised us a full refund for the room and to put it through booking.com but he obviously denied the request as I have not received a full refund.

The location there was no signage took over an hour to find there was no internet no restaurant close by.even the balcony had a table but only 1 chair.

Auto check-in was KATASTROPHEN. The key was not inside the locker. Although the house keeping arrived 40 min later and we could finally go inside. It was just a human mistake. Could happens... The entrance of the building looks not very safe, but the area its ok... The balcony must be closed because of the noise from the cars during the night. The bed-front was completly skretched and looks very old and not so clean. The elevator went very strangly. We decided to put the luggage inside and walked though the stairs...

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. It’s not safe. Don’t do it. It’s nothing but a scam. I had to book another hotel because this place freaked me out.
