Broken fridge and hair dryer. And the bed sheets were clean but stained. Overall if you aren't too fussy about the smaller things. It's not a bad place to stay.

Fantastic location, really nice staff. AC worked great, and it was very spacious. No frills, but great for a quick couple nights.

No fault of property but had very noisy neighbours coming in during early hours 4.30 am, and having very loud conversations between themselves. Eventually they got the message and quietened down after being asked to reduce the noise 3 times!!!

Brilliant location for access to metro to centre and tourist hit spots as well as tourist bus and shuttle bus to airport. Accommodation was good. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast facilities were adequate.

We loved the location and the staff were very friendly. And was delighted we the fresh towels and cleaning every day

We did not have breakfast had to ask twice for cups and saucers as no tea making facilities were in the room

Almost nothing but hoped there were glass cups and teaspoon. Anyway we did ask for it. If we asked they would for sure supplied us.

Location is close to terminal which is must in Rome of you are going to travel by and depend on train and to save time during ur trip. Nice and direct staff know what to do. Everything was organized

Noise from the streets and particularly glass rubbish collectors coming early in the morning were very loud. Questionable neighbours, not sure if it was some people regularly having ‘fun’ or if it’s a ‘working hotel room’.

The radiator was broken, so we could'nt turn off the heat. We asked them to do it as well but it was still on during the night. Friendly staff, so the only down side was the temperature of the room.

They don’t clean the rooms, and you have to pay extra for them to do it, something you only become aware after you pay for it.

The bed was on a slant so could fall out if I turned wrong, it was grimy, there was a pot for water but no cups, tea anything, it was just very barebones, old, grimy and overall disgusting

Staff stole my property. I confronted them about it and obviously they didn't take it serious and denied everything. Extremely noisy rooms. The rooms aren't isolated so it's extremely noisy, this was especially annoying considering Rome is obviously quite a busy city. So un-isolated rooms is a no-go. We got waken up everyday between 2-3 am by garbage trucks emptying the glass bins. And numerous other things. Low hygiëne. A lot of dust and hair everywhere, we also got stained towels.

The sink in the bathroom is a bit small and in the shower the water goes down very slow. The jacuzzi smelled a bit I think it needs a thorough cleaning in the tubes every time someone checks out

The Room was absolutely fantastic with the Jacuzzi and the Room is very new and the staff were so kind. Big thanks also to Aurora Usually for the baggage deposit it’s by payment but I had a trouble with my bag that broke so I left my baggage’s at the reception for a couple of Hours.

The elevator was not working most of the time and this was essential for the luggage, but the staff were really helpful The neighbourhood is so noisy, to sleep you need to close the balcony.

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the staff was a bit rude, breakfast too regular and the reception too small as well the breakfast space. The auxiliary bathroom is tiny and not too clean. Too much noise at all hours. We arrived there earlier and asked one of the girls in the reception if we could leave our luggage before checking in, she was rude and not nice at all. We had to go out and find another place to storage our luggage. We were tired and had to come back to the "hotel" around 4pm. There was no trash bin in the room.
