The Apartment was lovely, very clean and we had great instructions from the owner on gaining access. They also left so.e essentials.in the fridge for us which was a lovely gesture. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the Old Town so the location was great for us.

Everything! Great location, beautifully decorated, spacious apartment with balconies. Spoiled with croissants, cheese, cold meat, eggs, yoghurt etc. to make ourselves breakfast every morning. Met the whole family on arrival and they are so warm, kind and welcoming.

A wonderful, helpful host, who gave us great tips on where to eat and how to find the best gelato 😋. She even booked a table for us oon the first night. Plenty of provisions, eg water, breakfast, milk, bread etc meant that we didn’t have to worry about shopping for groceries, though there is a good local supermarket around 5 mins walk away.

Suite Home Sophie is without doubt the best apartment we've ever stayed in (a party of 3 adults). Ingrid, our host, was really friendly and helpful. She even sent us tips for the local area and she was waiting for us to give us our keys, so we were not waiting around. Ingrid also helped arrange a taxi for our return to the airport. The apartment itself was spotless, great facilities, it was huge! We had double beds, separate bathrooms so no queuing in the morning! Nice to have access to balconies, washing facilities and a good sized fridge and freezer. Our hosts were even kind enough to leave us some food for breakfast which was a lovely touch. Nice to have a coffee machine too! Brilliant accommodation.

Everything about this place is wonderful! The apartment is really lovely and very spacious with balconys to different sides. The location is just perfect, within peaceful district of Verona and around 10 min walk to the old town. Massi - we can't thank you enough for the warm welcome and your exceptional help! The accommodation was perfect! Beautiful and clean with 2 balconies to sit out. Host left us a generous assortment of breakfast items. It was short walk to old and new Verona. Neighbour had amazing restaurants and groceries stores. Host gave is excellent t restaurant recommendations. Ample free street parking in front of building. I would definitely recommend to friends. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

A really lovely apartment in a quite , relaxed part of town with good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Only a 15 minute walk to the old town. The host, Massi, was excellent . Quick to respond and so helpful . He also provided the best and most generous welcome pack of any host I have ever stayed with .

The apartment was exceptional, beautifully presented, modern, clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was quite a lot of food left for us, which was very nice. Massi is a great host, he always responded quickly to all our questions, always tried to help. The location was great, just a short walk to the city centre.

Excellent property. Well equipped and comfortable. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The host kindly left supplies for breakfast which was very well appreciated. Location was very convenient, walking distance to old town . Parking is also free and easily available.

The parking was not technically ‘on site.’ You get a parking pass for any available public parking. That can be hit or miss. We got in late on a weekday and nothing was within 2-3 blocks. Owner offered to give up his own spot but the next day we found something very close. Just worth knowing that parking on site doesn’t always mean what you think it means. Also would be nice to know the instructions sooner than the day of. I think booking should have instructions for check in and parking sent out as soon as a booking becomes non-refundable.

Location was very conducive to walking to historic old town. Owners were very friendly and professional. Had a few minor issues but owners went out of their way to fix/make things better. Definitely friendly and absolutely worth booking with again.

Everything, it was very comfortable, plenty of space for all of us, lovely supplies there for our use, kitchen very well equipped for our needs. Really enjoyed balconies as weather was lovely, our host couldn’t do enough for us, was at the end of the phone if we needed anything. Will definitely recommend to friend and family.

This property was the best apartment we stayed in during our 4 week trip in Europe - family of 4 with 2 adult children. We stayed 6 nights. It was bigger than we expected. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming, providing us with food in the kitchen (eg eggs, milk, yogurts, tea, coffee, jams, etc). The beds were comfortable. There were TVs in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room. A good sized balcony where we ate breakfast and relaxed before going out for dinner. The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk into the centre of Verona. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if visiting Verona. Thank you to our hosts for making our stay in Verona so perfect 😍

I had the pleasure of spending two nights in this lovely apartment. It was clean, conveniently located, and there were plenty of parking spots right in front of the building. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. When I was checking out, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet (containing money and credit cards) and I was on my way to the airport. I contacted the co-host, Samila, and asked if she could send it to me via the post office or DHL. Unfortunately, both services refused to ship money. I then decided to receive the money through PayPal and offered Samila compensation, but she declined. Instead, the host, Massi, sent me the full amount via PayPal. Samila was amazing and extremely helpful. The communication with Massi through WhatsApp was excellent, he sent all the details before arrival. Both very kind people!

Lovely breakfast goodies left out. The host was extremely helpful when we struggled to work out the cooker! The balcony was great for morning coffee and views of snow tips mountains.

This property is outstanding, clean and tastefully decorated. It has everything you would need for your stay along with clear operating instructions. The location is quiet and close to the centre. We followed some suggestions given by the host for restaurants and they were all fantastic. We were very happy in Suite Home Sophie.
