Dear Guest, We would like to clarify a few important points. The room is clearly described as not having a kitchen or meal services. The dishes provided are simply an extra courtesy to make your stay more comfortable. Regarding the “room service,” please note that this is a short-term rental accommodation, not a hotel. Services such as daily cleaning or automatic waste disposal are not included, as clearly described in the listing. In any case, the room is equipped with separate bins for recycling, and instructions for proper waste separation are clearly displayed. Additionally, there are recycling containers outside the room where you can dispose of the sorted waste. Most importantly, we must express our deep disappointment in the complete lack of respect shown towards the property during your stay. You left without separating the trash (we had to do it ourselves to avoid fines), and the floor and walls were left dirty and stained. The same applies to the sheets and towels, not to mention the unacceptable condition in which the bathroom was left. We are always available on-site to assist with any issues during your stay, but without any communication from your side, it becomes very difficult to provide support.
