We were two couples staying in the suite, so someone had to interrupt the other couple to use the bathroom, if there could have been a barrier, curtain or something just so if that couple could have privacy. Would be the perfect set up for a family though!

This location was FANTASTIC. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a taxi stand right across the street for when we needed to go someplace. And the whole area was clean, no bad smells, not trash just everywhere. 10/10 location in Naples.

The only issue we had (which may have been temporary) was the plumbing and the pump. Any time we ran water, it made insane loud flushing noises. Then if we flushed the toilet; it made a crazy loud sound for about 10 seconds; which my wife and I woke each other up in the middle of the night. Hopefully it’s something they can fix!

This spot was located in a gated entry way, right in beginning of the main town square area. Very clean, and the host was super friendly when we arrived. 10/10 would recommend!

Bathroom very noisy when water is used. Made a lot of noise during the 1st night without us using it.

Location, the room itself, large bed and bathroom. Despite the very busy street (lots of bars and restaurants, a lot of people still out after midnight) the room is very well isolated and little can be heard from outside.

What was available as amenities was not clear beforehand. The floors were completely made of tiles, but no slippers were provided so it might have been an issue in winter.

The room was very cozy and nice, with a high ceiling and a lovely window. The little drawer on the desk with all the coffee and snacks was very sweet. There were both standard plugs and USB chargers, which was convenient. The staff was also very kind and so were the other people in the building. The location was very convenient for traveling by underground.

Coffee machine was provided but only two coffee pods for the morning so we only had one coffee each every morning, two each would been perfect!

The room and en-suite lovely. Nicely located just A few stops on metro into city. Seemed to be a less tourist area where we stayed with great restaurants right outside. Metro was just a few minutes walk away. Great time here.

Perfect place to stay Napoli! It is a very safe and lively location. There is no noise in the evenings. Walking distance to the metro. The ceilings of the room are very high, so it is very spacious. The bathroom is large and clean. There is a coffee machine in the room. In short, everything is very good. If I come to Naples again, I will stay here.

The hotel is situated in a very beautiful district, Vomero. We LOVED it, but it's quite far from the centre and port, which might be a hassle for some people. But there's a taxi rank right outside, and so super easy to get around.

Honestly a perfect place for my friend and I to stay. It's not often that a hotel exceeds your expectations based on photos etc. We were very happy with the hotel.

No personnel was available. Everything was via WhatsApp. For the price you pay, you would expect someone to greet you. Tourist tax was to be paid by cash. This is a minus if you do not have cash!!

The only negative thing at our stay was that the water was not very hot in the shower!

We liked everything at the room. The owner was very friendly and ordered us a taxi. Room size very good, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom very cute. They cleaned everyday in our room! Best Location in the heart of Vomero! Value for money and recommended! We will come again:)

The pillows were a bit hard but they did change them when we mentioned it. The new ones were better. Not so much hot water when taking a shower but we managed. A little more storage space in the bathroom would have been nice, there is only a little shelf for kits, products etc.

The room was spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. We never interacted with anyone in person but they were easily accessible via what's app and very friendly and accommodating. The coffee machine in the room was nice to have as there was no breakfast but once you exit the building you can easily find a multitude of fantastic cafés and restaurants. There were a couple of groceries stores nearby and some amazing shopping. The Queen size bed was comfortable and the bedding available was good except for the pillows which they happily exchanged. I would definitely stay there again when we return.
