Beautiful beachside apartment in Palermo with neat and modern individual suite rooms. Perfect for couples or small groups looking for comfort and convenience! The location is bit away from city centre but has good public transport access, and provides breakfast option in just a short walk away. A special shoutout to the lovely hosts Mariangelo and Dario for their warm hospitality that made the stay feel like home. Highly recommended if you’re planning a sunny Sicilian escape!

I was warmly welcomed and shown to my room by Mariangela and her sister. She made our stay extra special by being so kind and thoughtful before, during and after our stay. She checked in numerous times to make sure we were ok. There were drinks, water and biscuits provided in our room which was a lovely touch. The room was as pictured on bookings. Breakfast vouchers were given to be used daily at a lovely local cafe serving fresh baked good and coffee. One day the cafe was closed and Mariangela kindly offered to take us somewhere else for breakfast. This was very thoughtful, we had to kindly decline due to an early start on a pre-booked cruise. The room was pristine, very clean, well decorated, had everything we needed, the small touches like slippers and toiletries were great. The balcony offered great views. We benefitted from the ac and fridge as it was very hot during our visit. There is a bus stop directly outside going in both directions and a 5 minute walk to a tram stop. Getting to Palermo City Centre was quick and easy within 15 minutes. There is a local supermarket, petrol station, pet shop, restaurant, cafe just within walking distance. I can't fault the stay and this is all due to the meticulous attention and effort given by Mariangela. Coming back to the room after a long day of exploring was brilliant as it felt like home. I highly recommend Domus Fysi 😊

Noisy neighbours in the morning

The room was very big and clean. You had all you need in the bathroom and a coffe machine in the room. The location is not very far from the center, but you need to have a car! You can have breakfast somewhere near, at a bar, close to the location.

It’s not close to the downtown (15 minutes away by car) and if you don’t rent a car, you have to take the bus. The city of Palermo itself is really dirty, but our apartment was really clean and beautiful.

2nd floor with several stairs between each floors without elevator and it was difficult to park on the street.

The location suited our needs to be close to the port of Palermo. This was not a tourist area. We enjoyed eating in local restaurants filled with locals, not other tourists. There was a bus stop conveniently located in front of the building to take you into Palermo. The room was beautifully decorated, new & clean. Mariangela was so helpful and I enjoyed my interactions with her. She and her husband were there to welcome us and help take our luggage up the stairs.

Staff didn't speak english. There was nothing intersting arroud, it's very dirty neigbourhood (lost of trash and dead Animals (rats, cats, pigeons) laying on streets) No Access to the beach (nearest beach is about 30km away). breakfast Is serverd in caffetteria nerby, but the caffetteria is not opened every day.

The rooms are very beautiful and cozy, with modern renovations and cleanliness. Mariangela (the owner) was always available to help and resolve any issues, and she was very kind and responsive. The room had everything we needed. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay.
