The room we got was quite small and the bathroom was really tiny. However, it wasn’t a problem for us and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Exceptional view and beach, extraordinary friendly owner, beautiful property. Nice breakfast with enormous variety of delicious homemade cakes. Super cute dog :)

Our stay at Sunset House was simply wonderful. Our host was so incredibly welcoming and we enjoyed speaking with her about the area. The location, overlooking the sea, was spectacular. Close to town and restaurants. The breakfast was incredible and all made in-house! Thank you for a beautiful stay and say hi to Minnie for us!

The owner was very friendly, absolutely taking care of everything, offering things to do/ museums to visit. The private beach was quiet and clean. The breakfast was amazing - even for lactose-intolerant guests they had a lot of options. The room was clean and the view was amazing. This was a dream place to relax, read a book and just recharge. Absolutely loved it and wish to go back for longer time.

The Sunset House is an amazing accommodation and place to be! The Hosts made everything for our unforgettable time in Anzio and we will come back for sure. Even the very late check in because of our delay, or the breakfast every morning made with so much love. We felt very welcome and it was a big pleasure to be a part of the Sunset House Family for a couple of days.

Very nice and caring host family. Great location, just several steps down to the beach. Tramendous view at Sunset from terrace just in front of the room. Tasty breakfast with sweet cakes, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, ham, salami, cheese, egg ommelete or scrambled eggs as per your preference. We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset House and still come back in our minds.

An incredible holiday in an incredible location. Let's start with the fact that this is the first coastline, with private access to the beach via a small staircase, the view is mesmerizing, the terrace seems to float above the sea, a very beautiful and cozy villa, clean and spacious rooms, the staff is very friendly, smiling and attentive. Delicious breakfasts and fresh, hot croissants! They will definitely take into account your wishes regarding food and surround you with care. We are delighted!!!! The owner Roberto (special greetings to him) is an incredibly caring, pleasant, responsible guy (for a moment, the champion of Italy in sailing). Feel free to contact him with questions, he made us feel welcome. A place you want to return to, and we will definitely do so!
