I didn't like anything

I booked at the hotel based on the fact that it has a sea view as written in Booking, but I was surprised when I arrived that the sea is located inside the city and not on the sea. I contacted the hotel management and they told me that this error from Booking is classified by the hotel as overlooking the sea and that they asked Booking to correct the matter, So my question is why do you lie to people and record incorrect information about the hotel?? Why are people being exploited by a site of this size?? You have lost your credibility with people, I will not book any hotel through your website, and I warn people against booking on your site, I paid the sunset hotel for a 5-night stay of 2123€ and I could only stay in this bad hotel for 12 hours and left the hotel and stayed in another hotel and lost my money, I asked the hotel to return my money, but they refused and asked me to contact Booking because this is their fault, and I contacted Booking and found no benefit,, So I ask Booking to return my money because they are not credible with customers, as they classified the hotel as overlooking the sea, and the truth is otherwise, My words are addressed to the booking management: Give me back my money that I lost because of lying to me

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, and the location is excellent - just a short walk to the beach and close to the bus station. The breakfast was also amazing, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options each morning.

The balcony was a bit small, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much - everything else was great!

I had an amazing stay here! The breakfast was incredible - the buffet spread was vast and delicious, with everything from fresh pastries to made-to-order omelets. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many top attractions, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Cleaness everywhere, kind, smiled, helpful staff, delicious and various breakfast. Hotel is located in a great area, close to the beach, next to shops, coffee bars and restaurants.

Rooms are smaller than we expected, and the sound isolation can be better

The staff were extremely helpful and gave us information about all the local restaurants and buses. They also were so kind when I left my jacket in the taxi….they telephoned the company and my jacket was found and dropped off at the hotel. I was delighted as we were travelling for a month and it was my only jacket!! The breakfast is superb and the location perfect.

Staff is incredible nice and kind - breakfast fresh and with several options - cleanliness is very high

this is not a 4 star hotel: shower is too small, the rooms in general needs a refurbishment as everything is at least from 1980 - the mattresses and pillows are terrible - everything feels small and old - the walls are made of paper, so you can hear EVERYTHING happening in the rooms adjacent and above.

The fresh juice and omelettes are self-serve, the shower area was too small, and they only provided mini sachets for toiletries.
