Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe building was lovely and quiet and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was also good. The staff were very friendly and responsive despite not always being on site. The location was good, a little out of the hustle and bustle but still central.

United StatesThis was a lovely, unique hotel in the heart of Napoli, right next door to the National Archeological Museum of Naples. I loved the space and the focus on local and contemporary art. Would return for longer next time!

United StatesIt was hard to find. Their check in times are small.
It is near the MANN, within walking distance of the center of old Naples, Piazzas. Like an oasis in the busy city. The art and plants in the space is beautiful. Our room had a bright airy feel. Lovely breakfast too.

AustriaThere was some noise coming from the outside, like everywhere in Italy, but as long as I used my earplugs I didnt hear anything anymore. The breakfast was quite minimal, but I always had some fruit, and you could make tea all day. Also please keep in mind that there is extra charge for checkin after 19:00.
My room was absolutly beutiful! I stayed by myself, but the room is big enough for 2 people. The room is compleatly new, with some vintage furniture and artworks all around! The stuff was very nice SND friendly, wifi worked great even for my computer. Bed was very confortable! It was definitely one of the most beutiful hotels I ever stayed at!

United KingdomThe only one thing was the breakfast. Although it was tasty what we had I think there could have been more options, and maybe a bit more of it in general. Maybe we eat more than others for breakfast, but we used to have a coffee and more food elsewhere after.
We loved the location and the staff were super friendly. A really cool communal area to relax in too.

LuxembourgWifi didn't work in my room (room 3), but in the commom area worked well.
I loved the concept of having Resident artists displaying the art in the hotel. I personally loved the fabric that hangs on the top of the bed. I enjoyed the fact that there was also enough surface space to put all of our stuff, so it was both aesthetically pleasing but also functional (and this lacks in lots of hotels). Location was very good, close to one main street and close to the metro.

United KingdomUnfortunately 150 yr old plumbing meant that at times the bathroom did not smell great. The staff showed great concern and tried their best to rectify it.
We loved this place and the concept behind it, blending art space and hotel. A lot of thought has gone in to the decoration of the rooms to bring the outside views in. There is a lovely large shared room where breakfast is served. It is also a calm, relaxing place to sit and read etc. The director that we met was very passionate and inspiring about the venture. He also gave us good recommendations of places to visit, eat, drink etc. We booked the suite which was very spacious, comfortable and stylish. The hotel is located by a very busy junction and it felt like you stepped into a little oasis of calm when you came inside. I would recommend going for a room facing the courtyard for a quieter stay. The hotel is in a good location for visiting the city sights, restaurants, bars etc.

CanadaI liked everything but travellers should be aware that the rooms don’t have TVs, fridges, coffee makers or microwaves. Not a big deal for me but good to know…
Small but comfortable private hotel with lovely decorations in public areas as well as rooms. Very helpful staff, friendly and always ready to chat about Napoli. Beds among the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. Lovely sitting/reading area near the breakfast area, great place to relax.

United KingdomThe breakfast was adequate. More choice and fresher bread/ pastries would’ve been nice but for the price it was good enough.
The location is great in terms of being very central. The road outside however is quite hectic and overwhelming. You can’t hear any traffic from the rooms though which is great. The place overall is beautiful and we felt very looked after by the staff who cleaned our room everyday, made our beds and changed the towels regularly. Very comfortable and also stylish.

United StatesLovely little hotel in an excellent location with thoughtful and helpful staff! We came to Naples for the first time and only stayed one night, but our hosts were super friendly and helpful, even though we didn’t speak much Italian. The hotel was within walking distance of excellent food, shops, and right around the corner from the archeological museum. We also loved the communal lounge room and delicious fresh breakfast and were able to meet some friendly fellow travelers there. If you are planning to drive, the parking lot is a bit of a walk and the streets are very busy, so be prepared for a quick luggage drop off/pickup! Would definitely stay here again!
