Street and piazza were very noisy from 8a.m. to 2 a.m. sleeping was difficult.

The check-in. As there was no staff present at any point, I arrived without any instructions as to how to use the self-checkin. I had to call the contact number and got instructions via WhatsApp. What if I hadn't had a phone because I lost it, if it was broken or not working for some reason? This process should have been explained PRIOR to arrival. The stairs leading up to the property are *very* steep, and anyone with walking difficulties will find it challenging. Particularly at night it can be quite noisy as the street is busy with people (no cars permitted at night) and frequented by "party goers".

Phantastic location. The room was big, clean and stylishly decorated. A feeling of "airiness" came about due to the sheer height - between 5, if not 6 meters at the highest point. The bed was big and comfy. I would give it a straight 10 were it not for the issues described below.

The stairs up to the rooms are difficult to negotiate. We appreciate that it is an old building and not much can be done about it stylish and , but the description of the property should warn people about this. The inner door with the access code was part way up the stair with no landing on which to stand or lay your luggage while inputting the code. Difficult for anyone with a large suitcase or with mobility difficulties.

We liked the decor - simple, modern and stylish. Big beds, nice bed linen, great bathrooms. Tea and coffee making facilities appreciated. Very central position.

I was confused when I arrived because I didn't know where my room keys were. There was noise in the evening and at night. The shower in the bathroom was uncomfortable. It was also very inconvenient not having breakfast included.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Everything is clean all the time. It has all the basic amenities - soap, shampoo, hair dryer, coffee machine with various sizes of cups, a TV, and a large mirror.

Wi-fi was wonky, but host acted to get it working. There's no refrigerator.

It is located in the heart of downtown near shops and restaurants. Easy to find. Remote check-in. The room is cheery, thoughtfully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. A coffee maker in the room and an electric tea kettle in landing made it easy to make hot drinks. Plus, a faucet for bubbly water--very cool.

I didn’t like the early noises that came from outside but that wasn’t up to the hotel so, there was nothing else to don’t like.

Firstly and the most important, the communication the lady has, she was available anytime to answer in case of any need. And secondly , I was pleased by the location of the TAG House.

It’s hard to figure out the exact property since there is no board to indicate the place. And it would have been nice if a bottle of water was there.

The location is within the walls and not far from the center. It’s clean and an ideal place for a short stay

The get-in was complicated and confusing at first, the main door security on the street wasn't good and it wasn't clean how to check out and where to leave the keys

unproffesional, unkind people. Making double reservation without excuse and no money back. They give me another lower room without excuse even I paid for the other. Be careful for the owners. sometimes not hot water is another problem

I have to say the stuff was difficult to communicate and her attitude was even bossy. She did not reply to my messages when I needed, but sent direct messages when she needed. I suspect it’s not because of language. This might have been caused by misunderstandings between us, but that made my stay a bit uncomfortable.
