The staff was so nice and accommodating! The breakfast was outstanding with lots of options. I also loved the design on the hotel - very thoughtful and beautiful. I would definitely recommend 10/10. Excellent!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. We loved everything about this amazing boutique hotel!!! The location is hard to beat - lots of iconic places like Trevi fountain and Spanish steps were just minutes away. Our superior room was specious, beautifully decorated and equipped with all possible technologies (sensor lights, phone charging points etc). The shower room and toilet were generous size and had everything you need. Having been recently renovated, the hotel features modern yet sophisticated style with attention to detail. We loved the delicious top notch quality breakfasts! But what makes this hotel really exceptional is the staff every member of which was very friendly, accommodating and attentive! We felt like at home:)) Melika at the reception offered us a warm welcome and all the needed support upon our arrival. Marco at the rooftop bar served us delicious cocktails along with lovely Italian snacks. We enjoyed his warm personality and hospitality!! We look forward to coming back and would highly recommend this hotel! Grazie mille, the lovely hotel team:))

Such a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was a stand out. We stayed in many locations on this trip and it was the best breakfast by far. Traditional Italian and we loved it.

We stayed here after our flight home was delayed so booked it on the day of our arrival. The hotel could not have been more accommodating allowing us to check in early and providing great recommendations for a place to eat. They even sent us a whatsapp message so we could contact them at any time with queries. Excellent service! The room was also lovely, large and modern and very comfortable. We will be back next time we are in Roma!

We had an exceptional stay at TB Place Hotel during our time in Rome. We were a large group, and from the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The hotel is new, the rooms were fairly spacious and very comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed the breakfast — both the food and the service were excellent. The location couldn’t have been better. We will definitely stay here again!

Ideal central location. Major tourist locations /sites, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance . Boutique hotel beautifully furnished and clean. Staff cheerful and helpful . Food and ambience in Rooftop restaurant so good we dined there two days running !

The breakfast was a little bit of a let down. It has everything expected at a boutique hotel buffet breakfast, although the food lacked. The eggs were undercooked each day and the fresh orange juice didn’t taste like oranges. The coffee also wasn’t espresso/barista coffee, which was confusing because I had a beautiful espresso at check in? Maybe the chef wasn’t there the two mornings we were staying at the hotel!

Fantastic location, only 5 minute walk from the Metro station at the Spanish Steps. Lovely staff, we were offered biscuits and coffee at check in. Room was spacious and a beautiful bathroom with great products. Rooftop bar was gorgeous and hotel was so stylish.

Location is great and walking distance to most of attractions and historical sites. Hotel is well maintained with good service. Staff are great and very friendly specially Melika who patiently explained everything for us and helped us with bookings and reservations.
