Maurizio was the highlight of the property, such a wonderful host and so attentive. Breakfast was lovely, and gluten free was provided on request which was a wonderful touch. The area around the property and the property itself was so peaceful, much needed after 3 busy days in Rome.

We had a great stay — perfect distance just outside Rome, very clean and hospitable!

The facilities are quite nice and the location i’s fantastic. Maurizio is a very attentive host who goes a long way to ensure that his guest are doing well. We will be back

We absolutely loved staying at Tenuta Cusmano, the location is stunning, peaceful, beautiful scenery. The pool is great, comfortable bed and clean room, the terrace was our favourite place in the evening for a lovely glass of wine. Maurizio is an amazing host, so lovely and caring for his guests, we've appreciated his guidance and recommendations for visiting Rome as it was our first time. The breakfast was a great start of our day, loved the crepes with lemon and sugar. We're hoping to be back and visiting Maurizio and his family again, it was such a pleasure, thank you for everything ❤️

The panoramic view is absolutely stunning, even from your own terrace. The host Maurizio, you gotta love him. Nothing was too much. His hospitality and tips for trips and restaurants deserve 6 stars.

Tenuta Cusmano exceeded all expectations with its setting in a lovely estate near historic attractions and vineyards. Our host Maurizio offered warm and gracious hospitality and the finest breakfast we had in Italy. He was the best concierge ever….assisting us with every inquiry. Our family felt as though we were visiting a fine friend.

Holidays in Tenuta Cusmano became the embodiment of our Italian dream ❤️🇮🇹. We express our deep gratitude to Maurizio, as well as to his brother and father for a wonderful vacation on the territory of the estate! We were surrounded by care and love, which manifested itself not only in comfort, cleanliness, and magnificent breakfasts, but also in sincere conversations and endless help from Maurizio🤗. This is truly a unique place with the most picturesque landscapes and sunsets that take your breath away, birds singing and the aromas of flowers won our heart! Here we found a wonderful rest by the pool and overnight in a comfortable, cool and entourage room, our refrigerator was always replenished with cool water, our bed and room shone with cleanliness every day. There was not a single place in our life where I didn’t want to leave so much, because it became part of our soul! Near the estate there is a wonderful town of Grottaferrata, which we visited for lunch - it took only 10-15 minutes of walking. Grottaferrat has delicious and diverse restaurants, but nothing compares to the chic croissants that Maurizio cooks for breakfast😁 We really dream of coming back here, thank you thank you!🙏🏼

What a gem! After or before an intense time in Rome it’s just heaven to relax and enjoy the beautiful calming views and a dip into the pool and the hospitality is amazing!

The best part of tenuto cusmano, is without a doubt Maurizio himself. He is such an incredibly friendly person that makes a lot of effort to make sure you have the best holiday. It really didn’t feel like just a hotel, it was like being welcomed into someones home. He also had great recommendations on what to do around and which restaurants to go too. It is an incredibly clean hotel, every day the room was cleaned and it all looked brand new and smelled wonderful. Next to that the breakfast is filling and tasty. You can get some eggs, crepes, fresh fruit, some bread, cheese, meats etc. I was never hungry after the breakfast. The views as you arrive at the hotel are breathtaking and the pool is very well maintained as well. There are more than enough beds and places in the shade. I know my wife and I will definitely visit tenuto cusmano again.

Maurizio was the best host I have ever had in a small hotel. It felt like staying with an old friend. He is incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. He offered dinner recommendations, ideas for exploring nearby, and he chatted with us often. Breakfast is made fresh every morning, and its very good. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful, and the pool is great. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return, as well as recommend to friends.

Maurizio was such a fantastic host! His property is absolutely beautiful, and you can tell he really takes pride in keeping everything in top shape. We spent a ton of time lounging by the pool and soaking in the gorgeous views. One of my favorite moments was just sitting on our balcony with a cold Peroni, looking out over the stunning Italian countryside. If you’re looking to wrap up your trip with some peaceful downtime, this spot is perfect. It’s only about 45 minutes from Rome’s main airport, which made our departure super easy and stress-free.

Tucked away in the heart of Italy, this charming family-run hotel with its warm, timeless atmosphere and personal touch in every detail. Maurizio made us feel extremely welcome and provided us with detailed maps and information about the area. The stunning views from our terrace were truly unforgettable and made our stay both relaxing and memorable. A true gem for those seeking authenticity and tranquility.

This property is heaven on earth - beautiful, comfortable, relaxing - and above all, the general manager (& owner) Mauricio is one of the nicest, most helpful humans we have ever encountered. We could see Rome from our balcony. The hotel grounds were bursting with flowers. Breakfast was wonderful!

The property is well located for travel into Rome for people who are fit and healthy as there is long walk from the trains at Rome Termini to the Metro. Traffic from Grotto Ferrata to Frascati can be heavy so you need to leave plenty of time to get there. Trains run once an hour. The property itself has beautiful grounds and swimming pool but the interior itself is tired and outdated. It is a little sad and probably could do with a major update and refurbishment. Maurizio is absolutely charming and cannot do enough to assist with information about local places to visit sight seeing etc. We found the bed pillows etc too soft and would have liked a firmer mattress and better quality sheet. However Rome accommodation during the Conclave was extremely expensive and this was similarly priced to most other 4 star accommodation. Breakfast is adequate but there's no lounge bar or restaurant on site so you will need to go out for dinner every night.

Everything was fine apart from the points mentioned above. The property exterior and grounds is beautiful.

The villa and the views were amazing!!! It was so relaxing to have a glass of wine on the terrace and watch the sunset. The breakfast was so delicios! Maurizio is a super host! He gave us the best recommendations for the restaurants and places to visit in the area.

A very nice and clean property with pool and tennis court. Stunning view and very well kept garden. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms good with a terrace with a stunning view. Maurizio the owner is an excellent host, helpful in every aspect and a very nice and friendly person. The location with only 35 min from Rome city center and restaurants nearby in the village is excellent. Very quiet

Magical place, relaxing. The host Maurizio is a wonderful person that gave us a great hospitality. The breakfast was delicious- my daughter will miss the crep with Nutella.
