We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsBreakfast was disappointing, very typical Italian, could be more continental. Service was poor with tables not being cleaned up when people leave.
Super location, beautiful design of the entire resort, great infinity pool with bar with a wide selection of (soft) drinks and cocktails. Staff was impeccable !

United KingdomBedroom was ok with comfortable bed and air conditioning (ours worked without any issues)- not sure about the decor in our room, spades and garden forks on the wall behind the bed. Also not the most practical bathrooms- no where to place toiletries and poor lighting. Shower tray blocked so bathroom floor flooded. Heated swimming pool when outside temperature was 30 degrees C!! Breakfast was ok - not a huge choice.
Beautiful property with a very friendly team looking after us. Great outlook from the pool. Good food at lunchtime and for dinner.

SwitzerlandThe prices are quite high, but the experience makes it worthwhile. Also, some utilities could be repaired/replaced (eg. the rainshower was not working fine and the sink in the bathroom was almost fully clogged).
The place is very charming and calm. There are only a few rooms/apartments they serve and this makes the whole experience much more exclusive. Also, the pictures you can see about the venue are just like how you would see in person. I can only recommend.

ItalyThe breakfast service requires much more attention to detail. For example: -we arrived at 09:00, vast majority of all products (including; sliced meats, cheese and fruit), were finished and the fruit was only replenished after 25mins. -staff did not clear away the tables during our sitting -it took approx. 15mins for someone to arrive to take our tea / coffee order In short, for the level of quality the facilities wishes to portray, we expected much, much more from such a “simple task”, as breakfast.
