Excellent location right where the duomo is in the town centre with plenty of restaurants around. Always somebody available at reception with happy greetings. Nice breakfast.

The staff were very attentive and lovely (especially one of the ladies at reception in particular, not sure of her name), great location. The older gentleman at the restaurant was so sweet and made us feel quite special. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

Great location for Amalfi! Very short walk from the ferry to the hotel with the hotel sending information on how to get there. Breakfast on the terrace was a lovely touch especially with the views. Room and bathroom were great size for the length of nights stayed.

Many people talk about it being noisy, it is but it was the middle of August so it's noisy everywhere, few steps to carry your bags up when you arrive. Not a big breakfast person, which was a positive, the Americano coffee is v good,

Our room was exposed to the sounds of the lobby, so we could not sleep very well, since we continued to hear voices of the staff, phones or other guests passing by our door.

You need to climb a lot of the stairs to reach the hotel. The hotel doesn’t have a lift so you need to carry you suitcase to the hotel and to your room. The room was very hot. The room was very basic. The quality and the Price didn’t but maybe that’s how it is in Amalfi

Bathrooms and rooms were smaller than depicted. We would not stay here again. Considering the stairs and "hidden" location of the hotel, I would like to see the hotel offer a porter service. I would pay extra for it if it was offered.

Breakfast was lacking. We went at various times and they always seemed to be low on the one hot item. Limited selections. Not knowing we had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs before we got to hotel was a surprise.

There is no elevator so it is best not to bring a suitcase that is too big unless you have very developed muscles.

As is anywhere in the Amalfi Coast parking is challenging, they do offer a paid parking option.

The restaurant upstairs is gorgeous but when we went up to have a few drinks one afternoon we met with a waiter who was quite confused and said it was a restaurant, even though it said wine bar upstairs on the signage, it was quite expensive as well, but maybe we went to the wrong place?

The location was amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable If you are not prepared for festivities, be ready for some long nights, but we had an absolutely amazing time on new years eve, with a concert right outside the hotel on the Duomo
