Reviews of Terrazza Duomo 3 stars

The location is good but there is no parking. The hotel wants 50€ per day! And they don’t bring you the car if you need so it’s a lot of walking to the parking.

In the center

This is the third time I've stayed at Terrazza Duomo in the last four years, and for me it's an exceptional place. Its location, opposite Amalfi Cathedral, makes it a pearl of all the beauty of Italy. Looking out from my room is always a thrill. And then the service and kindness of the staff add to the rest. So I consider it an absolute must-see.

Excellent location right where the duomo is in the town centre with plenty of restaurants around. Always somebody available at reception with happy greetings. Nice breakfast.

A little loud in the street at night even between 2am-6am, but expected in a lively town like this- bring ear plugs and you will be fine

The staff were very attentive and lovely (especially one of the ladies at reception in particular, not sure of her name), great location. The older gentleman at the restaurant was so sweet and made us feel quite special. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

The staff were incredible! They were so friendly, helpful and kind. Rita even carried our luggage up to the room herself. The breakfast was great. The views from the restaurant during breakfast were beautiful and overlooked the piazza. The location of the hotel was perfect. Steps away from the Pier and piazza.

The room was very small. The bed, pillows and sheets were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was so cramped and we dreaded using it. The tile grout was black and unsightly. There were bugs in the bathroom as well as the floor next to the bed. Our room was next to the restaurant and we could hear plates clanging and restaurant patrons and staff talking all night.

Great location for Amalfi! Very short walk from the ferry to the hotel with the hotel sending information on how to get there. Breakfast on the terrace was a lovely touch especially with the views. Room and bathroom were great size for the length of nights stayed.

The bed was very hard and pillows probably need to be updated.

Location was amazing, staff were super friendly, hotel had beautiful views over the square.

Everything was perfect. Just minor-would be amazing if toothbrush and paste were available in your toiletries.

Great location, we had a room over looking Amalfi Cathedral. Definitely a 'room with a view'

Many people talk about it being noisy, it is but it was the middle of August so it's noisy everywhere, few steps to carry your bags up when you arrive. Not a big breakfast person, which was a positive, the Americano coffee is v good,

Very loud outside and in the restaurant. Very uncomfy beds, the breakfast was okay not so much option tho. Too many stairs to come up to the rooms and hotel.

Our room was exposed to the sounds of the lobby, so we could not sleep very well, since we continued to hear voices of the staff, phones or other guests passing by our door.
