We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was excellent. The appartment. The location, the staff could not have been better.

United KingdomWe were on the top floor and there were about 50 steep steps to climb so be aware of that.
I collected the keys from the rental office on the same street. The lady there was so helpful as we had heavy suitcases and there were so many stairs to climb up to the apartment. Her and her friend lifted the cases up for us. (For leaving there is a crazy man (Italian style driver!) who will take your cases downstairs and deliver them to the railway platform for 10 euros a case) The apartment was clean, there was a washing machine which was welcome. It was also very quiet.
