Rug wasn’t very clean. Body wash wasn’t replaced once used up. Floor light sensors kept activating during the night even though we were in bed! Jacuzzi wasn’t very effective.

The sunbed and the hanging chair on the terrace was a bit worn. Replacing it would make the place perfect. To be fair, the chairs and the table were quite new though so probably it’s only a question of time. Wouldn’t consider this minor thing as something which would reduce the value of this amazing place.

Spacious room with a terrace with a view. We could enjoy the breakfast outside on the terrace, the staff has done everything to support us and made sure that we have what we need. Great bathroom with jacuzzi, comfy beds, enough space for our stuff. Ironing and hair drier were also in the room. Location of the suits were also excellent, ca. 10 min walk from Trevi and Spanish Steps. Would definitely return and I would also recommend to everyone to book here. We were very satisfied.

I must admit when I saw the picture of a jacuzzi on the balcony, I imagined that was what we booked…more than likely I misunderstood. But we did have a jacuzzi bath inside. Forgot to inform the owner that our kettle didn’t switch itself off…had to manually switch off…best if that gets replaced.

Comfy and clean bed, good shower in an enormous bath and lovely balcony. Well stocked mini bar if needed. Easy to come and go from the apartment. Excellent breakfast served in the room

Really beautiful, boutique apartments in a fantastic location. The staff were amazing, and the breakfast option on the terrace each morning was undoubtedly the highlight of our day! Cannot wait to come back again in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location was fantastic, minutes away from the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Fulvio arranged transfers from the airport and back to the airport,Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were very good and informative. Breakfast delivered each morning to the room.

We stayed in the suite with sauna - lovely big room, sauna was fabulous and the rain shower, the jacuzzi was also lovely, the bed was SO COMFORTABLE! Fulvio & his son Tomaso were so nice and the room was kept so clean, we got our breakfast brought to the room every morning on a cute little trolly! Really lovely. Will definitely go back again - perfect location!

Luckily we arrived in the day at night I think it would of been a little hard to find.

The room, breakfast, position of the hotel was all great. Loved the messages from the owner with hints on where to et and where to go, a wonderful bonus.
