We equally enjoyed the unexpected luxury and cleanliness of the room (bathroom, double-sized glass shower area, and large outdoor terrace), and the friendliness of our host, Alessandro, who helped us with our bags and with recommendations about Naples for our one night stop over. Take-away Sorbillo pizza on Spaccanapoli is a must for quality and price (€4-6). The pillows were especially comfortable. Although the rooms are on the second floor, getting there from the street entrance (with a tiny buzzer with Terrazza Moia written on it) was an experiences in real Naples life, not through a dead corridor but through an airy indoor and outdoor Fellini-esque space. Authentic. Very practical location close to the train and bus station. Alibus to the train station from the airport was only 5 euros, and it was a short ca 7minute walk to Terrazza Moia accomodations. No noise, we slept well.

I’m not in my room too much but the wifi could be better. Sometimes it doesn’t work.

The staff was great. I left my luggage’s with them for a few hours. When I was ready to pick it up, they brought it to the front door to me. It saved me sone time.

We missed our train in Naples and needed a place to stay for the night. The hosts were very accomodating and friendly. They met us and helped us locate the unit as well as made sure we had everything we needed. If we stayed longer in Naples, it would definitely be a place we would stay.

Room is very clean! All furniture are new. Bed is very comfortable and nice to sleep. Sami-smart system is in the room, what surprises me in positive way of course! Owner is very friendly and helpful person! If I came back again in Napoli, definitely I will take the same room! 👍

Best apartment with the best host. We had a great time in the apartment which was clean and comfortable : brand-new furnitures,modern bathroom,beautiful terrace with lots of extras:ice-cold water,coffee,lots of towels and air-conditioner.Alessandro,our host was kind,helpful,we received prompt answers for all our questions.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. There was a water and coffee in the room. The place also had all the practical amenities like an iron and a hairdryer, which made the stay even more comfortable. It is just a short walk from the train station, which was very convenient. Very friendly and helpful host—communication was smooth, and they made sure everything went perfectly during our stay.We would come back here again :)

The host was incredibly kind and full of hospitality, which truly impressed me. The room was also very clean, and the location is highly convenient—just a short walk from Naples Central Station. I have nothing bad to say. One thing is there are a lot of stairs. If that’s challenging for you maybe ask if there is an elevator. Otherwise cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Everything was amazing! The room was really well thought out and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond in every way! They brought us extra waters and even helped me get to the airport when my flight changed last minute. They also recommended a delicious Nigerian restaurant around the corner called T.regi African pot. So good! I really cannot recommend this place enough!

Staying with Alessandro was wonderful! The apartment is completely renovated in a luxurious style. The bedding and towels are completely new, there is a coffee machine, tea, bisquits for breakfast. In the room there is a fridge and chilled water for guests. Our room had a beautiful large balcony where you could sit and relax. The apartment is located in an old, stylish neapolitan "palazzo", on the walls and stairs there is real marble!. The train station and the old town are very close - 10 minutes walk. The most important thing at the end: Alessandro is an amazing host! He came out to pick us up so that we could find the apartment easier, wrote us a whole itinerary of the most interesting places to visit in Naples, helped us with the transfer to the airport. I felt at home, Alessandro we love you!!! We will definitely come back.

Perfect apartment: just renovated really beautiful apartment with all nice details. Extremely friendly Alessandro and Luigi made us feel warmly welcome. Their hospitality was amazing, so our warmest recommendations for this apartment. The location was good, just 400m walk from metro and railwaystation. Easy to reach from airport as well. It was unbelievable that no noise from the traffic at all, since the building was located at the end of the street and well renovated apartment. So perfect apartment with surprisingly low price. Once more, big thanks Alessandro and Luigi!

Alessandro and Luigi are AMAZING hosts. The room was super clean, comfortable, it has a nice balcony, a super double bed and and a great couch. There was always hot water available and the wifi was fast. Espresso coffe was always available in the room. Alessandro and Luigi was always willing and available to assist us in anything regarding not only the room but the city of Napoli or anything else we asked. Thank you guys.
