The location and the staff were both excellent. Our room was large (Room 2) but didn't have the best balcony. There was a safe, fridge, huge bathroom, and small side balcony that you could see the sea from if you went out on it. There's also a public balcony with deck chairs and a nice table. You can grab your morning coffee from the dining room and have it there while looking out to the Adriatic. Of particular note was the cleaning person, who is absolutely outstanding. The place was spotless inside and out.

Definitely try to book rooms 3 or 4, unless you need extra space from room 2. We thought we'd done that (and paid for that), but ended up in room 2, which doesn't have as good a balcony. Only rooms 3 and 4 have unobstructed fantastic sea views. Note, the breakfast is carbs-only. There are no meats, cheeses, or eggs available, which makes getting the day started a bit tough if you're accustomed to protein first-thing. Be prepared that this is a B&B above an events space. Some nights the events can run until 1 or 2 in the morning and be quite loud. It's certainly fun to feel the vibe, but if you're the "early to bed" type this is not the place for you.

Terrazza sul Mare has spectacular views of the sea and the mountains. Pasquale has been a great host, very attentive. The place is meticulous and modern, and I would definitely recommend Terrazza sul Mare.

Very clean. Rooms 103 and 104 both have terraces which overlook the Adriatic so you get the sun rising out of the sea in the morning. WiFi is excellent . Plenty of parking space. The shower (room 103) was spacious , hot and fairly powerful. The restaurant / breakfast room was closed for dinner when we went but would when open give the same views of the town and Adriatic. Breakfast is standard Italian. Jam, croissants, cake, yoghurt and coffee. There was an option of savoury as well . Cheese, salami that kind of thing. The key to the room was accessible by a key safe so it wouldn’t matter if you arrived very late or not. The B and B is easy to find on the main road. Our sat nav (TOM TOM) attempted to direct us down a small narrow road which we missed and we’re actually turning round in the car park when we realised we were at the B and B .

About the property nothing. The town is about 2 miles from the B and B down hill but best traveled by car as there is no footpath or short cut.

The property is on a hillside with lovely views across the sea. The rooms are modern and smart and the shower room has very good facilities. There is good air-conditioning. The room was very clean. Large 'private' terrace with with two sun loungers and a table with two chairs.

The room has a lovely terrace but lacks privacy from the terrace of the adjacent room. The planters that divide the terrace from the adjacent one were overgrown with large weeds and some dead plants, making it look shabby and neglected. The owner was not present when we arrived but we had not received any communication about how to check-in. I phoned him and he instructed me how to access a key-safe to gain entry. A better reception process is needed. Breakfast was inconsistent. We were offered fruit juice on the first day but none on the subsequent 2 days and there was no fresh fruit available. We were given small pieces of dry toast with olive oil on it along with ham and cheese but the oil was missing on the last day. Nice pastries. The proprietor was slow to offer service, distracted by talking to other sets of guests. On one of our nights there was an event/party with loud music held downstairs which went on beyond midnight in what was previously the on-site restaurant, now closed, but which can be rented for weddings and events. Otherwise our room, which was not on the side of the property facing the road, was quiet.

Nice location. Clean and cosy b&b. Good breakfast inspite of low season.

Everything was wonderful. Just a small remark: distancy between parking and bnb entrance. Would be nice to have glasses in the room.
