Time to change the hair dryer as it looks old fashioned and an eye on the shower dispensers as they were nearly empty. A warm suggestion, reconsider the check out time. 9.30am is pretty early.

Lovely B&B in a vibey area in central Palermo. Very fast responding staff, guided me to the easy check in and access to the facility. Nice room with a view on the square.

No facilities to make tea or coffee

Good location to explore the historic centre and fairly quiet considering its proximity to bars and restaurants. Very helpful with suggestions to get from the airport.

Our room was pretty dark since the window faces inwards into the building. We weren’t spending too much time there but during summer days you have to hide somewhere in peak hours. The shower switch wasn’t working but it was fixed when we asked. The bar downstairs was quite noisy on Saturday night but the rest of the days it was ok.

Location, breakfast (Italian breakfasts are usually slim, here they at least have a couple of options). Air conditioning was very well placed and helped a lot in the summer.

Location... was great, but there's noisy bar just below the rooms. In the weekends you have rock concert in your room. I didn't mind, but walls between rooms are really thin. You hear everything.

The staff was awesome. Rooms were clean and beds really comfortable. Place was relatively easy to find and within walking distance from the main sights.

There is a bar with live music right downstairs. This is not just noise; all orchestra in your room and you can feel the bass of the music. if you'r sleeping like catnap this room is not for you. I dont mind, music was good. If you need they give earplugs as a gift.

The location is very good. Smooth and contactless check-in. There are restaurants and markets everywhere and there is a wide variety. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Here are two different pillows, one thin and the other thick. It was the most comfortable sleep I've ever had outside of my home. Good balcony, sunny all day. Powerful air conditioner.

We were in a difficult position for one night when our flight was cancelled and really weren't expecting it to be great, but were blown away by how good it was. Everything was perfect, including location, the room itself, excellent breakfast. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean. Really good all round.

Just renovated. Very-very clean. Good location. Many restaurant around b&b, even so under the balcony or just front of the door. That's why noisy but i am not bothering, also i prefer the b&b as eell. Safety, which is important for me. Francesco is very polite, helpfull. We contact with WApp and he always reachable, aleays take care of everything. Some personal reason; i have to leave early to the b&b.. he really care about, offer the free food/drink from refrigerator. He struggled for a refund later in the night. I want to thank Francesco☺️🙏 by the way the breakfast.. amazing.. and the such a great lady Anna, whose asistant for b&b☺️🙏 tearly in the morning; she ready to breakfast, cleaning every day, changed the towels.. hank you very much Anna🌼🌺 very near to central station by walk also shuttle stop.

Be aware that this is a busy area at night. Lots of bars and music. With the windows closed, the noise is OK, but if you require dead quiet, this is not for you. I was OK with it.

Francesco is a wonderful host! He went out of his way to make sure we had what we liked and was very attentive. There were three of us, each with a room and attached bathroom. It was perfect for us! Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are modern and clean. Location was perfect, waslable to the ocean and to other sights in Palermo.

It is the noise at night. Rooms are at the first floor of the building just above a bar with orchestra. The music is very loud. The music through the floor until 2 hours in the morning. After 2 hours it's loud discussions in the street, the motor and drunken men's fights. The music in the night are thursday, friday saturday and sunday. The quarter is a feast quarter in the city.

The room, the breakfeast and the welcome are good.

I have booked 4 nights and after 3rd had to leave and book another accommodation as me and my daughter for first 3 night could not get any sleep.B&B is based right above very loud night club where music was loudly played by 3am each day.All holiday was ruined and both of us were exhausted and extremely tired.As much as nice the host is and palce is very cleaned I would still avoid this place .

Breakfast didn't start until 0830 so we were unable to eat. We had to leave by 0800 to get to the airport.

Clean room. Close to restaurants and markets. Access into the room was easy.
