The hotel is very close to Como Lago station and the lake edge. Super easy walking into the city centre. We got upgraded to a lovely room. The room was lovely and clean and we got bottled water included and refreshed which was lovely! The staff are so welcoming and helpful - thank you to Anna and Isabella especially! Highly recommend this as a place to stray to enjoy Como.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel manager, Isabelle was absolutely amazing – very kind and helpful. We also received the warmest welcome from the lovely dog Jack, who made us feel right at home. We will definitely come back soon!

A fantastic hotel which felt more like home! Isabella was very accommodating and always available to answer any questions - she gave us the best activity and food recommendations! The room was clean and had everything we needed, the location was brilliant - as soon as we were out of the hotel we were only a few steps away from the lake! Finally, not forgetting the gorgeous hotel dog, Jack! He was always so calm and the sweetest little thing! Definitely worth staying here ✨

Air conditioners can be noisy for those who are used to sleeping in complete silence.

Our initially booked accommodation was uninhabitable and we had to urgently, in the evening, look for a new accommodation during the summer holiday season (August). We were lucky to find this accommodation and the administrator Isabella was very kind and responsive, she helped us to check-in into the room at a late hour. The hotel is located close to the Ferries' pier, which is convenient for those (us) planning to explore Lake Como by boat. The train station is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

Everything was wonderful! We were greeted by Isabella who was so helpful and welcoming, she couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was upgraded to a room with a view and she also provided so much information on where was nice to eat and getting the ferry around the Lake! Thank you to Isabella, you made, albeit short stay, perfect!

Small room, small bathroom, no refrigator, no safety box. Matress was not good for me at least.

The location, walking distance from the S.Giovanni station. Online check in, fast and simple. Clean and well equiped with bathroom amnities.

From the moment we stepped into the property we were greeted by the lovely Anna who helped us to check-in and was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, beds were comfortable and the AC was great. Also only a 2 min walk from the lake, shops and restaurant. We also met Isabella and Jack Sparrow later that evening who were lovely to meet and very welcoming. If we were to return to Lake Como we will definitely come back here!

The beds were uncomfortable for me. We could hear street noise and people talking.

Both the location and staff were rated 10/10. The Wi-Fi was excellent, offering great coverage without distractions. The reception area had a warm atmosphere and provided free coffee.

The location was a few minutes from the meetingpoint for our boat rental on the lake and within walking distance from the shops and restaurants. The owner was very friendly and helpfull to us! Rooms were a bit outdated, but ok for 1 overnight stay with our family. The owner told us there will be a new appartment for rent close to this one, which will be new, so we will check it out for next time too!
