The swimming pool was unavailable for 48h during our stay.

We had a very nice stay at the Florence Hill's hotel. The staff was friendly and funny. The room was really great, large, with a private garden and a big bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were really nice and the swimming pool as well. It is located in a very quiet place in a small village, surrounded by green Tuscan mountains, a great place to fully disconnect.

I liked the location. On a hill, in a small town aprox 40minute from Florence. Nice staff, friendly. The pool is an excelent facility for summer days. The chef of the restautant is super great !

We couldn't have dinner at the restaurant because there was only one waiter working. We waited a long time for service, and in the end, we left.

Nothing major, but the kitchen could have had a few extra bits such as dish soap and sponge etc., but we didn't end up cooking anyway.

Our stay was excellent. Nice and quiet location, great breakfast and the flat was perfect for 2 couples, we both had a floor to ourselves and separate bathrooms. I almost ended up cancelling the booking due to some negative reviews on here, but I am glad I didn't because it was a lovely stay. Shame we couldn't stay there longer!

Very unfriendly reception by man who only communicated in Italian. Useless attempts in English, French and German. To be honest: this was not the case at departure.

The bathroom was big but the shower cabin could fit a child, or a really small person at best! There is a useless TV with programs only in Italian, no cable, no satellite, the room was accessible with two keys that were not working very good, And, of course, the general attitude of hotels and restaurants in Italy - they don't really care about their clients, they never go an extra mile to make people feel good.

We could not enjoy the spa because it was being under revision , which we knew before hand. The room is big, the bed all right. Breakfast good. The place looks nice and it is in a quite little village up the hill.

We had a lovely family stay in The Florence Hills Resort & Wellness. The pool was nice. It was about 20 to 30 min drive from Florence, so we managed to visit Florence many times. The staff at the resort were amazing. We will definitely come back

The maisonette arrangement was a bit off , the adjoining door to the adjacent apartment must of been made of paper . You could literally hear the people next door breathing. Place could do with a lick of paint , starting to look a bit shabby

I thought the rooms could be cleaner. The garage was complicated to access we had to hold the card for a couple of minutes for the gate to fully open. There were ants and flies everywhere, but I’d say it’s normal for where it’s located.

It was a good location between the city of Florence and The Mall Outlet The view from the apartment was beautiful.

If you are looking to get away and disconnect from everything, this is the place for you. Tomasso, was very professional and accommodating. The breakfast was great. Also the lady (forgot her name) from the breakfast was really nice. She makes delicious cappuccinos. Thank you Tomasso, we appreciated everything you did for us!

The photos look more fancy than in reality. The room design felt little "cold" and empty. The wifi didn't work. Some mold in the bathroom. Noisy fusebox in the room.

Very simple international breakfast, nothing special italian. Not really connected to any public transportation.

Very good Price/Quality Hotel. It's middle in the hills, nice view. Would recommend on getting a car to get around.
