Reasonably quiet location, beautifully furnished by Rachele who has obviously travelled a lot herself. She makes sure there are plenty of coat hangars (rare), lots of nice little personal touches like a lolly jar (dangerous because the lollies are too accessible!), the bed is comfortable even in the heat we experienced every day, and there is a/c. Moreover, there’s a washing and drying machine that is a real boon if you’re there for a week or so. The double glazing is very effective against heat and noise. BRILLIANT STAY!

The apparent is beautiful, stylish, and very clean. It has a lovely kitchen and bathroom that we loved using. The location is amazing and it is only a short walk to the main sites. Our host was incredibly nice and super helpful upon arrival and she even went to the effort of bringing us a new toaster when the one in the apartment wasn’t working properly.

The air conditioning unit while nice to have doesn’t really cool down the whole apartment and can be a little noisy. The main bed is also a little firm but I think some people would be fine with it.

The place is simply luxurious – spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. But what truly made our stay special was the host! She is the kindest, most welcoming, and attentive person we’ve ever met.

The apartment was super nice and very classy. The interior is beautiful. Very good quality linen and towels, even bath robes. We were very greatful for all the small extras that made it very good. Rachele really thought of everything and more. The washer drier machine was great. There was even a sowing kit. This apartment is really 5star. Although we also received this free of charge from all our other accommodations throughout our tour of Italy, Rachele made up the sleeper couch, and also, we could stay slightly later e.g. check-out one hour later, so this was great. Rachele gave us a suggestion of a nice restaurant, and also good advice on how to get to the taxi's to get to the look out point.

We stayed for 4 nights. During our stay in July it was quite hot in Florence. The AC was NOT sufficient or up to it for this apartment and VERY noisy. I did not get good nights of rest because of this. I suggested and requested extra fans, but this was not supplied.

Everything was excellent and one of the best apartments we have stayed in. The apartment was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need had been thought of. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a good quiet location with a short walk to station and city sites. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect location on a quiet residential street, but an easy stroll into the city center. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Bathroom is modern, with good water pressure and hot water. Rachele is an exceptional host!

This was the best place we could have stayed in while in Firenze! Staying at this beautiful apartment truly elevated our experience in the city and made for an unforgettable trip. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4, with a modern kitchen and bathroom; the beds were super comfortable and the place was spotless. Everything was fully equipped and our host, Rachele was the best host we could ask for! She was very attentive and communicative from the start. She met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and shows us the apartment itself. The apartment is located in a central and safe area and its super easy to get to the main sites on foot. Rachele also gave us the best restaurants recommendations. She was extremely kind, we won’t hesitate to come back to her place on our next trip to Firenze.

Accommodation was very cozy and comfortable. Host was extraordinarily kind and very communicative. Water pressure in the shower was good an plenty of hot water. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was included with rental, which made everything very easy.

Beautiful apartment close to the city center. Clean, and very beautifully decorated. Very kind host, that helped us to store our baggage after checkout, and also recommend restaurants.

It was very hot during our stay in late July, and the air condition was very noisy, and could not keep up and keep the apartment cool.

Nice spacious apartment in a great location. Close to the rail station and within a 10 to 15 minute walk of the main attractions. The host (Rachele) couldn't do enough for us and was there to meet us when we arrived giving us a great overview of the apartment and it's facilities. We could nashe her with any questions and would a response within minutes.

Great location, we walked the most in this city clocking 20k steps a day. It's great to come back to a big space to cook rest and do your laundry. Highly recommended space. Host is also very accommodating and friendly

elegant decoration with super cosy enviroment , I'd recommend it to anyone who has a short-term stay here. around the residence, we found a lovely & tasteful gelato shop and some local special shops. the host is very nice and responded in a quick manner,

Spacious, comfortable, clean and great cooking facilities/ appliances (including washing machine) it was close to everything, excellent bakeries and supermarkets close by. Rachele was so so helpful in providing local info and treats!

Rachele, our host was very accommodating as we arrived earlier than scheduled, she graciously, was able to let us in to the apartment. Everything in the apartment was perfect, to the smallest detail. Comfortable, & very clean, we arrived when the weather was still very hot. It was a blessing to have an air conditioning unit in the apartment. Rachele, is wonderful, and we highly recommend her property.

Modern, clean, spacious apartment in the centre of Florence. Large fully equip kitchen making it easy to prepare meals. Super lovely and responsive host. Would highly recommend.
